Very helpful and accommodating
I needed to have my windscreen replaced. The team at Worcester were so accommodating. My wife is disabled and I had only a brief period when the job could be done. They were happy to help with that. A special shout out to Josh at Worcester who was brilliant. Thank you so much guys.

Originally given a date for it to be done. Mentioned i needed a morning slot, due to getting back in time for school run at3pm.
Then got a txt message a day before to say it was a PM slot. I did call to ask if it could be earlier, answer was 'no'.
Then got a txt on the morning of the appt, to say glass had not arrived.
Then had to wait a couple of days. The day of my appt, I was met by Vhris, he was a pleasant enough guy and he told me where to go to wait. Thx Chris!

Easy to use repair service
Had a good experience here, after insurance claim for a stone hit window incident. The online booking was straightforward, gave us a booking within 3 working days and kept us informed of arrival time. Repair was made in good time, at our address, mechanic friendly and capable. Online invoice received immediately, we paid wirelessly. Would recommend.
