We had a lovely chap called Josh who on his first visit was unable to fix repair (not his fault) he then rearranged another visit within two days. He came back replaced windscreen very quickly.

Excellent fast and professional service
New car less than 6k on the clock, a clout on the A303 from a large stone and a new windscreen was required.
The chaps in Yeovil were friendly, professional and quick to replace my screen. Had to recalibrate the ADAS camera too, no issues. I would recommend these guys without hesitation, did a great job, thanks

I originally tried to report a chip, but unfortunately it turned into a crack. Josh was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. National Windscreens had me booked in for a replacement within 12 hours—super quick and efficient! It was really easy to contact them, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing windscreen repairs or replacements!

Good to find a company in Yeovil who have a depot you can visit and talk to staff who are experts in windscreen repairs. Not expensive either and I would definitely recommend them 100 percent !

Small side window replacement
There was no signal for his WiFi, so I didn't know where he was. Clean job in the car. Would have been good if he put down a sheet to catch broken glass on my drive, or swept it up after. Overall I would recommend.

Couldn’t have been better.
If only the rest of the insurance / vehicle industry could be run as well as this. It was evident that national windscreens put value in positive experiences - I was surprised how easy it all was.
Quick to contact after insurance company transferred us, helpful to the point and good communication. No issues with sourcing OEM glass for us and had it in stock very quickly for an appointment the same week.
Parking a larger vehicle at the location was a little tricky but staff were very professional and did a great job.
Looked after our vehicle well and the care they took in the work is evident. I trust the replacement windscreen will last with no issues at all so far.

Quality Issues?
Despite two attempts to replace my windscreen, which both cracked during fitting (possibly due to sourcing Chinese screens ?), the team at Yeovil came good and fixed with a better quality screen to solve the problem. I have much praise for the team at Yeovil who carried out the work, but might just question National Windscreens' sourcing policy.
