We had a lovely chap called Josh who on his first visit was unable to fix repair (not his fault) he then rearranged another visit within two days. He came back replaced windscreen very quickly.

Don't buy the wipers!
The windscreen repair was fine but when I booked the repair, NW recommended I replace my windscreen wipers. I agreed and a new set was fitted. Three days later I took my car for its MOT and was told that my (new) windscreen wipers were inadequate and that I would fail my MOT unless I replaced them (again!). So I had to purchase a second new set and am therefore not at all happy.

Speedy and great service
Only reason for 4 stars, not 5, is I believed I was getting a pair of new wipers for £19.75 turns out the price was per wiper so quite expensive in my opinion and not clear. However, very quick service to repair my chipped window. Operative was very professional and polite. I found him to be honest too and offered no guarantees regarding the repair as the chip had started to spread. So far so good!
