Claim to be an e trusted shop!
I always see this company advertise really good prices but for some reason never trusted them and always on further investigation my hunch stops me from buying from them. I saw this time that they are part of the e trusted shops and their rating is 4.7/5 - So I thought I would check, what a scam, it's a total lie. Not even part of the e trusted shops. Stay well away from this supplier.
NZ website but business NOT in NZ
I am in New Zealand, and Googled for NZ online businesses for buying herbs. This business came up with a NZ website. Naturally I thought I was ordering from NZ, and would receive my goods within a day or two.
A couple days later I receive an email to say my order has been dispatched "from country of origin". Eh?!
Turns out they are not in NZ, but in the UK (I'm assuming, as I found a UK website for them, eventually). NOWHERE on their NZ website does it mention ANYTHING about being an overseas company. And there is no way to contact them to ask about this.
It takes weeks for things to get from the UK to NZ, so I ended up having to make a second order from somewhere else, to get the items in time for when I needed them.
I specifically avoid buying from overseas companies for 3 reasons: 1) It takes forever to get anything, 2) there are often customs issues, and 3) if something goes wrong, it is almost impossible to get it sorted - and looking at the reviews here only validates that view.
Implying that you are a NZ company, shipping from NZ ("We ship everywhere in NZ" being the ONLY shipping information available on the website) is FALSE ADVERTIZING!
You need to make it clear WHERE YOU ARE SHIPPING FROM on your website.

I used them, once for a small order.
I couldn't review the products because my account didn't work for 6 months, didn't get anywhere via email, I gave up logging in, thinking it'll never work.
Then I started getting coupon spam emailed to me, told to set my preferences: The email options were set to order info ONLY.
So I email them, request the account is deleted, after all, if you can't be trusted to handle my account properly, I don't want an account with them anymore.
They respond saying the account has been deleted some weeks ago... I'm still getting spam from them, low and behold, the account is still active.
Inaccurate product descriptions. Not 100% natural.
The shopping experience was quite good for me, order was delivered accurate and in a good time frame.
The problem is with the products - the ingredients listed on the site are not accurate, often stating only the natural ingredients and completely omitting the fact that there is added perfume to some products and other chemicals or other unfavourable ingredients such as palm oil.
The second issue is with contacting the team: it is not possible to leave a review of the products, or send an inquiry about a topic that isn’t already listed. This means poor customer service.
If you know the product that you are buying already then it is probably fine to buy from the shop. But if you are looking for new *all natural* products then this site will not give you the right information to make an informed decision.

two boxes were to be delivered and only box "2 of 2" arrived - I refused delivery to avoid the endless hassle of sorting it.
I emailed them - it bounced back
I then challenged the payment on PayPal
Products are nice and prices was okay - but packaging was poor (Just chucked in - could all have been in one box), no answers to emails excpet through paypal.
I would avoid.

I placed the order in January, in February I got a broken empty box just with a note from the AnPost saying that was the state of the box when it entered Ireland. I contacted support with pictures of the box and the note from AnPost and had no reply. After 2 weeks I wrote back asking for updates on the refund I had requested and I got an automatic mail asking for pictures of the box, which I had already sent. I still have no reply, no refund and I never got the products. Very bad experience! I do not recommend.

My order didn't turn up and they ghosted me on emails. So essentially they stole my money. Eeh. Really crappy behaviour when someone is ordering food during a pandemic. Not sure what to do other than trying to make a "chargeback claim" at my bank.

Not possible to cancel an order
Not possible to cancel an order, despite the website offering this option. Five minutes after realising I'd mis-ordered, I cancelled the order, then emailed them asking them to cancel and refund. No meaningful response, no cancellation, no refund. Poor customer service.
Super fast delivery, zero complaints
As most people do, I only decided to check the reviews after I had ordered a bunch of vegan products and spreads (which by the way are AMAZING!), and was promptly horrified. However, the very same day, I got a dispatch notification and had delivery updates every single day from then onwards. I got my parcel barely a week after ordering it, and it arrived in perfect condition and with zero delays or tracking issues. Don't let the other reviews put you off, but I do suggest you pay an extra 5 quid for DPD delivery, as that's what I did.

Terrible. 5 days after placing my order it still says processing. No dispatch email. No response to two emails asking when my order would be sent. Going to try and get a refund somehow . So disappointing.
