Honeymoon
My husband and I were I. Split on our honeymoon and we went into a shop that sold breaktone braclettes and my husband loved them but they didn't have the one he wanted.
When we came home I ordered one online for him as a birthday surprise. The website was super easy to navigate and it arrive with in a week in very nice packaing. Can't wait to surprise him with it for his bday.

The real thing
We always recommend Break Time to our guests as the real thing. Super helpful and friendly service and because bracelets are made on the premises, everything can be personalised. Plus there’s always something new in store. I really like their new shackles bracelet and charms.

Quality is OK, expensive bracelet overal
Quality is OK, communication with vendor is OK, at the time that I was ordering my bracelet they didn't have extra large, so for that 1 cm longer bracelet I needed to pay more and discount wasn't applicable on that model. Nowadays, the bracelets are expensive and shipping is very costly. Today they have XL version of some bracelets so there is no need for custom order

Hi, Luka. I could not find any orders matching the email address you provided with your review. We usually do not charge more for making longer bracelets (we had a customer who wanted 25cm long bracelet, for instance, and we charged the same price). As for discounts, they not always apply to all collections and they do not usually apply to custom orders, that is true. I wish I could reply more to the point, but again, I do not have a better reference as to what name the orders was on or when etc. Mirela
