SCAM!! THEY'RE FROM NEW YORK AND WON'T SEND YOU YOUR PRODUCT

The biggest scam on earth, bought the upgrade for my satnav in my Mercedes, failed to upgrade the unit, the seller asked me to send back the discs so that he could replace, never got the replacements and refused to acknowledge any correspondence and his discs ruined my head unit that is still not working 2 years down the line. Do not deal with him, he will scam you.

I ordered the 2021 USA premium update download and i had issues. The response time to my problem was extremely quick but the problem was never resolved and the excuse wasn't acceptable. FSC code worked but the file was corrupted and would stop at 81.1%. I followed the instructions to the tee and again everything worked fine up until the loading got to 8101% everytime and with multiple thumb drives and loaded from different computers. I was told my car navigation firmware needed to be updated but i gave my VIN so it should've been fine from that. Also my X5 is a 2010 and it was updated to the 2014 maps with an original BMW USB drive that was still in the car when i bought it. So if it worked from 2010 to the 2014 why wouldn't it work from 2014 to 2021? SO i'm going to give them 1 more chance by just ordering the USB drive from them because it's clear the file i downloaded 4 times from 2 different links is corrupted :(

This is a scam £120 down the drain no response they have left me with a corrupted sat nav on a Range Rover the stick did not work all it did was set up to receive new info then nothing checked the stick just a corrupted file .

I bought a card for my Mercedes C220D. Nothing turned up and now the site has vanished. An absolute scam.
No reply from the email address on my PayPal receipt.
PayPal don’t seem interested in getting my money back for me either.

Sd card wouldn't work after initial set-up. Have tried repeatedly to get refund but no response. Webite now removed so I assume they have done a runner. Hope they don't set up under a different name and con others

Do not use! Complete SCAM! Took money, never received SD card and now the website is closed down!

Ordered an update SD card for my Mercedes (Audio 20 version) last Saturday. It arrived on Tuesday, and installed without problems in only 5 minutes. Now have updated maps and updated firmware, and it has retained the last 10 stored destinations. Added bonus, advert was for version 13, but very latest (version 14) was supplied.

I was having problems with VW sat nav & the dealer stated they were unable to inform me of MapVersion my Passat had, but for a considerable fee they would investigate & update it once establish the version...
I contacted Ian @ navigationupdate who in no time @ all established the version on the sat nav & recommended the latest update (V16) I ordered the discs on Sunday ( £30 +p&p)& they were delivered Wednesday & installed with easy to follow instructions the same day, updating my software, firmware & Maps in less than 2 hours & all is working very well...

Do not use. The service is absolutely appaling along with the product. The product came late even after paying extra for it to arrive asap. The SD card did not work and was corrupt and now I am still waiting for my refund. They have failed to respond to all of my messages and email. However, they have communicated with my partner ( who could have been anyone) however, they are now not responding to him. Its an absolute scam!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Ordered a Mercedes Garmin MAP PILOT 2019 Navigation Map Update SD Card.

This arrived promptly but showed as corrupt when I tested it.

Contacted them via Messenger, email and their online form over 4 weeks for a refund and have had no response.

Please avoid.

If I could give them a negative score I would. Asked for direct link download. Nothing received. Chased them with no response. Luckily paid through PayPal so I've claimed for a refund.

Ordered an sd card for my mercedes and they were quick to take my money and tell me which one i needed. They sent an email to say it had been dispatched and then i have never received this. When checking emails from them i found my house number disnt appear on the order. Since then i have been trying to get in touch and had nothing back. The order was made on 15/6 and ive still not received the product or a refund.

Awful. I ordered a Mercedes Garmin MAP PILOT 2019 Navigation Map Update SD Card on 29 June. Nothing received to date, and after replying to one email chasing delivery they are now not responding. I will be contacting my credit card company to try to get my money back.

Ordered a sat nav for the Mercedes CLA which didn’t work. I got in touch with someone called Ibraheem who advised to show pictures of the error message which I did and had been told to return it for an exchange. 3 weeks later I got in touch as I didn’t receive anything which I had been told will be shipped out to me on that same day. It’s now been another 3weeks and I haven’t received anything. These people are a complete SCAM and little kids behind the screen!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered the DVD mentioned above in a month so far I have not received anything, I will contact the company in the first phase and they answered me with a very nice text but they never told me if it was actually sent or not, they never sent me proof of shipment. I contacted them again via online site, email, messenger and never hear a reply again.
This company and a fraud steals money from our eyes, how can this company or website remain active and deceive people.
Please don't buy it's fraud.

These are counterfeit products - do not buy!
When I eventually received my maps update discs I knew they were not genuine, but foolishly I still tried installing them and they would not load past a certain point.
The sat-nav is now stuck on install mode and the company does not reply to their text chat, email or phone.
