Ordered Garmin card for Mercedes paid for next day delivery on 28th June. After sending numerous message communication was very bad with seller never replied to any messages. I Was extremely concerned after reading reviews on here thought i could say goodbye to my money and item. To my surprise it actually arrived this afternoon. 😁
Took 2 mins install in car.
Very happy with my item.

I ordered a SD Garmin card on 2 July received it on the 3rd. I must admit I was not expecting it to fully integrate with my Mercedes due to the price I paid. Well it has fully integrated and I was Able to update it on the official Mercedes site. It is back in the car and working perfectly. Great product, fast delivery.

Do not deal with these people
I will do this every day until i get a response, also I will now start to write negative feed back, please refund my money as you have got the returned faulty disk

This is a scam! stay clear, I paid for my map and the day after it was supposed to be sent, 5 days later I complained as the status was still "we are getting it ready". I got a reply blaming the courier and stating that the tracking shows that it's on it's way..
I replied to this mail asking for the tracking number, this was over a week ago, no reply what so ever.. I have sent a reminder and then cancellation every day since, and still no reply.
Keep clear of this store!!!!

Bought a up date disc on their recommendation for my 2011 volvo xc70, rti mmm+ which did not work,after numerous emails to resolve the issue,all i was told was to return the discs with the order number,the discs by the way are the cheapest white label dvd-r's ( copy's )with a sleeve labelled from a printer running out of ink.
no admittance they sold me the wrong thing but its not even listed for my car on their website

Did a software and 2020 map update with SD cards supplied from Navigationupdate.co.uk went flawlessly with the precise easy to follow instructions ! 👍

Rip off, didn't work and would not get back to me with emails or messenger. DON'T USE !

Just updated the Firmware and installed the 2019 nav update in my 2012 B8.5 Audi A4. Took one hour to complete both tasks. So easy to do, just followed the instructions from their website. All working perfectly. Absolute bargain for under £70.00. I will definitely use this company for my next update.

Ordered sat nav update two weeks ago from this site. No replies to emails and sat nav still didn’t turn up! Gonna be going to Trading Standards with it. Awful company.

Ordered for NGT1 command for Mercedes. The DVD was first off all 3 days delayed, and when I finally got it does not work. The DVD is clearly downloaded and in a bad quality.
Tried to get in contact at messenger, only reply, please send us a mail. This is done and no reply.
Don't spend your money at this company.

Had a few hiccups. 1st one didn't work. Exchanged a few emails. They sent me a replacement which worked perfectly. All in the middle of the covid 19 crisis. I have a 2012 mercedes which now has 2019/20 map update. Thanks ibraheem.

Great service, exchanged a few emails that where speedily responded to, Sat Nav arrived and within minutes of inserting into car I was up and running. Very impressed with both product and service.

I ordered a satnav update for my BMW. It arrived 4 days later without a code. I got in touch with Ibraheem and he provided my FSC code with 3 hours and updated my satnav successfully.

The cost of the update was a lot less than BMW would've charged so I definitely recommend.

Don't trust this company. I think it's run by a kid from his bedroom. Apparently, they do not accept refunds on update discs because 'they can't resell them'. This is not stated anywhere on the website.

Also do not trust the sister/duplicate website satnavupgrade.com, it's run by the same kid. Borderline scam.

Don't waste your money.
This business should be avoided.
I have spent £160 for upgrades that I have had to return.
The customer service is appauling.
No refunds
No replies to THE MANY emails, and messages I have sent. .
Don't be taken in by the fancy website.

Still never been contacted by this company. They even claimed they had done no business with me to trust pilot so I sent the email invoice and order number to trustpilot. Anyone know how I can get my money back. These people do not answer emails they sent me a disc which didn’t contain anything that the MMI system could read. You need to improve on your service not take my money and run.
