Great. Got the sd cards after a week, and the update was easy

Do not use , Never got the cd after lots of stupid emails,AVOID

This was an update for Audi MMI+. Brilliant response from Aaron and everything worked a was detailled in the instructions. Good price - thank you for the support and attention.

Really pleased, arrived next day and worked perfectly. Highly recommended.

Never purchase from here. A £20 CD to update my firmware has now resulted in a £400 repair of my audi MMI interface as it corrupted my server.

ITS A SCAM

I ordered a satnav update for my BMW. It arrived 3 days later without a code. I contacted Aaron, and had a code within an hour. Downloaded with no problem.

I bought update for Audi A6 and after trying to installed all I had was message error.
I have contacted NavigationUpdate.co.uk and had no reply. Tried another 4 days with no luck. Eventually someone replied to me stating we have send you faulty pack. Another week of waiting and replacement come through. To my surprise pack failed again. I have contacted NavigationUpdate.co.uk and received reply that this is my fault because I have ordered wrong product and they will not refund me. They got all stroppy and rude and called me incompetent human being.
Well, let me ask you, what kind off customer service is that?!
They stopped replying to my messages so I have no choice but contact Trading Standards.
Take my advice and stay away unless you have spare money to spend for nothing in return.

"Stef" and "Adam" are both the same reviewer creating fake reviews due to their own mistakes, our website could not be any simpler to use. If you order the incorrect product and blame us for it only you can be blamed. It says multiple times everywhere on the website that if you are not sure, contact us. You did NOT contact us before purchase, if you did, I have asked you multiple times to provide proof.

As you can all see I have nothing to hide. All I wanted was for incompatible product to be exchanged and had all the above messages in return... No customer service whatsoever.
My advise again: shop elsewhere.

The above review has been removed as I have been contacted by NavigationUpdate.co.uk asking for review to be removed in exchange for sending me compatible product. So I have agreed. As soon as review has been removed they have stopped all communication and haven’t replied to any of my emails. As you can imagine they are this kind off company that if the product doesn’t work they won’t supply you with replacement. In another word they will scam you.

Ordered Maps update for my BMW X5 after been given the information by Aaron on which version was right for my system.

Received a USB with the software within 2 days along with an email with the code needed for installation. Took about 50 minutes to upload and very straight forward. Good price too, saved myself money not going to dealers.

They send fake/copied discs which don’t work. When emailed, Aaron says they are now used so cannot be returned; how you can tell these fake/copies will work without trying beats me! After which they stop all communication. I have reported them to the bank scam team.

I have just installed the 2020 MMI 3G+ update on my Audi SQ5. The Firmware update ran faultlessly. There was a problem with the map update SD card which caused the update to fail. A message to the help centre and I got an immediate response -- a new database (all 30GB of it) was sent via my PC to repair the faulty data on the SD card, with advise on how to proceed. The map data then loaded with no further problems -- It works beautifully --- completely happy with the service I received.

Quick phone call with John to figure out what system was fitted in my 2007 A4 Cab. Aaron sent the disc out and I received it the next day, put the disc into the unit and it loaded up straight away. Fantastic delighted with the updated maps

Shocking.

We ordered 2 discs, one for our freelander 2 and one for our discovery 3.
The discovery 3 one doesn’t work. We have emailed them, messaged them and sent them a video but they don’t respond at all. We messaged them 6 times and it took this review before I got a response from them.

I’d say look at another company as this one clearly doesn’t care once they have taken your money.

Disappointed to say the least.

Just thought I’d add the fact that they have refused to anything until I remove this review.

I think that tells exactly what this company is like.

Just installed 2019 mapping software update for my BMW F11 2013 from the supplied USB stick. Appears to be functioning correctly.
I had to remind Aaron to provide me with the required FSC activation code, but otherwise everything went smoothly. Took 8 days from ordering to receipt of USB and activation code.
Received prompt email responses from Aaron to my questions.
Noted negative feedback comments elsewhere, button my experience if you provide Aaron with details of your car including full VIN Code and type of existing satnav installation there should be no problem.
Substantially cheaper than BMW advertised price.

Purchased NavigationUpdate (NU) for Audi A6 from their web-page, provided photo of the system version as advised. The one thing I have got back was a text message on my phone confirming my purchase and that I will be updated when the item is ready for postage. Received it 6 dis later.
After spending 30 minutes + trying to update the system (instructions from tutorial) I gave up and contacted them via text service (no other means of communication available) After sending (yet again) the software version I was the informed that I had purchase the wrong product.
Lot's of for and back messages send when it became apparent they put all the blame on me and claimed to have no communication from me (to which I replied "how did I make the purchase in the first place?")
Below the final exchange between me and a NavigationUpdate (NU) representative:

Me: Am I right to conclude that, as far as you are concerned, the case is closed and that you have given it your due diligence?
NU: Am I right to conclude that you ordered an incorrect, incompatible product for your car?
Me: That is what you are telling me. Could you please answer my question?
NU: I can’t answer your question until you prove to me I advised you to buy the incorrect product. If I advised you of what to buy you will have record of this as will we.(*)
We would never advise you to buy the product you have purchased for your system. It is clearly stated on the description of the item you have purchased!
Me: So you cannot offer me that I can send the item back and you provide me with the correct product?
PS reading your reviews, you seem to have been able to offer this to a customer called “Adrian” on January 24, 2019 (page 8 of your reviews).
I sincerely hope that you will be able to offer me the same level of customer care.

It is here where NavigationUpdate terminated the conversation and did not come back to me.

* With regards to bring proof. This company remains rather elusive throughout the process. You do everything on their web-page, no email correspondence or confirmation. The product was then send in an envelope without sender details or even an invoice, just three SSD, nothing else.
In short: if you have got £60 to spare and lots of time trying to set up something which is incompatible, in addition spending even more time in an exchange of communication where you are being classified as an incompetent i...t, this is the company for you.

Very happy with my purchase of maps update. I couldn't get it to work at first but an exchange of emails with instructions solved the problem. A very happy customer.

Ordered a nav update for my Audi A6 2012 3G+ MMi and it all worked like a charm. From MMI version update to nav database update and activation, every step was very well explained and the result was as expected. Just before placing an order at navigationupdate.co.uk, I had received a quote from Audi dealer and they were charging me an arm and a leg. So I am even happier because I've saved loads of money and the result is exactly the same. I'm sure I will come back to these guys next year or so for the next database update of my sat-nav.

After waiting 5 days for delivery 1 to 2 claimed. I followed the website instructions to the letter but nothing happened when doing it found system update folder and tried again but stated no files of this type on the medium. Still waiting for reply on money back so will update once it has been returned. Audi A1 RMC EU K16158 update.

This Company is most definitely not a scam. I ordered an update for my MB GLC and it was delivered the next day. Unfortunately it did not work. I made contact with Aaron and he asked for my Reg. No. It turned out that I had ordered the wrong one. Re-ordered to his recommendation on the Friday and it turned up on Saturday. Sent the wrongly ordered one back on the Friday and it was refunded on the Saturday. Communication was good and the service excellent. The new upgrade worked straight away and I now have all the latest maps. Sometimes things do go wrong and often it is only these people who write reviews. All the people like me who have had good service tend not to bother so I am just adding my experience.
