fine when purchasing

fine when purchasing, but post purchase customer service is non exsistent, dont answer messages and when they eventually do get "cannot do anything" which basically leaves you with no where to turn.

Vanessa was absolutely brilliant

Vanessa was absolutely brilliant for me and my partner whilst looking for a sofa for our new flat. She greeted us at the door to see if we needed help , asked what we were looking for , showed us options and showed us modifying sofas to fit our needs. She wasn’t pushy at all which I love I hate feeling pushed and when people are clearly just trying to sell you something. She wasn’t pushy and she was patient as we tried all the sofas. She was super bubbly and made the experience fun after a stressful day of sofa shopping- also her mood was so uplifting even though we came in at the end of the night/her shift.Honestly the best customer experience I’ve had EVER at a sofa shop. Honestly thankyou so much for your help Vanessa, we will be back in to buy our dream sofa :) If Vanessa isn’t in when we purchase I hope she can still get recognition for her help as we would g of chosen this sofa or place to buy the sofa if it wasn’t for her. Thankyou again

READ T&C's & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES

After very poor after sales customer service & being charged 25% off total including delivery when wanting to cancel mattress sale after not even receiving the item. We did ask to go for the lower spec mattress at £100 less but NCF would not let us do this & said we would have to loose the £100 & also pay a £100 admin fee. With the service we received & finding it almost impossible to talk to anyone we decided not to pay NCF an extra £200 for the downgrade & loose nearly £240 due to their T&C's. A lot better T&C's if you buy it on the Internet by the way, bad mistake on my part. OVER 2 WEEKS NOW & STILL WAITING FOR REFUND.
