Shocking after care regarding faults
Great service in store when buying; shocking service when we contacted them regarding faults. We were encouraged to write a review in store when buying the sofas, no wonder as it's all been completely downhill from there! I tried to call them multiple times and emailed a load of times too! I asked the Marketing Team ( as advised ) for the contact details of the CEO and business address, they responded by saying they couldn't give me those details?! Awful time consuming experience. DO NOT spend your money with this company. Go to a reputable business.

Had a great experience visiting the new showroom. Kevin was very helpful and knowledgeable about the good selection of beds and mattresses they have on offer. Bought new bed with delivery promised within 10 days (which they met) and the delivery guy assembled the bed frame and took away all the packaging so first class from start to finish. Would recommend.

After Sales Experience - SHOCKING
Purchased a sofa and table and chairs from NCF, Staff were lovely and couldn't be more helpful in the store. AFTER SALES SHOCKING. Both items arrived quite quickly, delivery guys really great assembling everything, took great care. Sofa back didn't align properly so off about an inch which pushes Sofa back cushion out looks awful, cushion also underfilled which makes it look even worse, and table top scratched in several places over £2000 spent and Im gutted. Delivery guys took photos and made notes to send to NCF. After they left I emailed customer services with the problem. I then called and spoke to an Aaron who was really helpful, sent all the photos and information they requested then nothing. Unanswered emails and phone calls ever since. All I want is for the furniture to be replaced. Customer services need to be improved and complaints dealt with quickly, people are spending well earned cash in good faith and can't afford to be out of pocket.
