Visited your Edinburgh store last week. Morna was great. Not at all pushy. I came back two or three times over several days before deciding on the sofa I bought. Each time Morna was really helpful but gave me the time and space to decide what was best for me. Would definitely recommend.

Been in 3 times and each time went in staff very helpful and accommodating, finally decided on dining table and chairs, the only downside is the delivery cost of £80 local. It was hubby that went for it as if was me I wdnt have agreed to it, but now done so will take the hit this time!!

Honestly, this reply is just copy-paste customer service nonsense.
It’s embarrassing how much you push customers to leave a positive review straight after purchase, when everything still looks perfect — and then completely disappear once the money is taken.
We ordered this table in November. It’s now February, and we are still waiting.
You confirmed delivery for 9th February and guess what? No delivery. No call. No email. No update. Nothing.
We’ve just moved into a new home and we’re living without a dining table because of your total lack of organisation and communication.
Calling the store is pointless, emails are ignored, and the only way to get answers seems to be physically going back to the store — which is ridiculous.
And let’s not even talk about the “refund policy”: being told we’d only get half of our money back if we cancel is a joke.
So instead of generic apologies, how about some real support?
We want:
• A real delivery date
• A direct phone number or real contact person
• Actual solutions, not excuses
At this point, I would strongly advise people not to buy from NCF Living unless they’re happy to wait months with zero communication.

My furniture was scheduled for delivery on 20th January. However, the delivery team from Fur Deco was unable to complete the delivery because they attempted to use my side door instead of the front door, ultimately leaving without delivering my furniture. Since then, I have been going around in circles trying to receive what I paid for
On 27th January, I received an email stating that my furniture was being processed by the transport team. When I requested an update on 5th February, I was informed that it was still with the transport team, and I would be contacted shortly. However, when I called today, I was told that the transport team is aware of the situation, and it would be next week before anyone contacts me.
Moreover, when I requested to speak to a manager or senior person, I was told that there isn't one available, which I find unbelievable. This issue has been ongoing since 20th January, and I am now seeking a full refund, including the delivery charge.
I have never experienced such poor treatment from any company and would appreciate it if someone could address this matter promptly.

I would like to REDACT my review on this place, while i rated it 5stars coming out from store (as they highly encourage you to do) the aftersale support is so beyond bad i have no words at all. Any 5 star review i guarantee is cover up all of the customer 1 star reviews that show the actual reality of this company.

Fantastic experience with this company, Chad and Kevin were a massive asset in helping us with our needs and wants he really was amazing and patient with our constant changes of mind in finding us our ideal dinning set. The prices are unbeatable as are the choices on offer and everything is great quality.
