DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I purchased a leather sofa back in September, I also purchased the cleaning kit @ £250. After purchasing the kit I saw it online for £49🫣 I quickly returned the kit to be told it would be deducted from the price . This still hasn’t happened , anyway this is just the beginning .
My delivery date was for 6/12/24 and was told I would be contacted before to arrange a suitable time, I was getting concerned as the time was getting closer and there had been no contact . I tried endlessly to contact head office regarding this I sent emails which got no reply and tried calling again no reply , I eventually got an email a week after said delivery date to say it would arrive 24/12/25 and yes it did ! Yes the wrong colour on Christmas Eve at 3.30pm I had other things to be doing without trying to contact a non existing customer service.
I went to the shop the day after Boxing Day who to be fair where helpfull and took responsibility for the wrong colour . I was told customer service would be in touch which to my suprise they did ! They asked if I would consider keeping the sofa with a £250 reduction this I didn’t want to do, and I was assured I would receive the proper colour in 13 weeks time, which I could live with
I pointed out to the girl that the £250 cleaning kit had been returned and hadn’t been deducted from the price and also my deposit paid had not been deducted from the amount to be paid this again I was assured would be sorted!!!!
No it has not, again I have sent emails tried calling and contacted them through Instagram still getting no reply 🫣
Will I get the sofa I originally ordered ?? Who knows. I have contacted the credit company regarding the deposit and the £250 that needs to be deducted, only to be told contact customer services 🫣🫣🫣
I realy wish I had read reviews before buying.
When you read the reviews you see and I know from experience that they are from when purchasing the shop staff and how good they are! Read further for the after sales reviews these are what people need to be reading .

The sale assistant Morna was most helpful for us to chose the sofa and chair. The hot chocolate and coffee was excellent. She explained the delivery time and the process well and also the insurance policy. She made the experience of the shop wonderful. Would highly recommend this shop.

Really disappointed, very different review from my previous one. We received the bed and mattress which had been delivered with not only the incorrect size of headboard but the wrong colour as-well. (Ordered dark grey, mustard came). Mistakes happen however it’s how it’s dealt with that’s the issue. It will be a week tomorrow and we have had no response or any correspondence at all from our email. We have called customer services everyday, at various times throughout the day and multiple times in the day, we can’t get through, apparently it’s “always busy”. This is very poor customer service especially as in store it seemed really good. When you, NCF, read this I hope you rectify the situation asap. It’s unfortunate that this seems to be the only way to contact you and hopefully get some kind of response but also a warning to other customers.
So I have contacted you on Facebook as suggested and provided the order number and delivery date. I’ve received an auto response saying you are extremely busy and to submit an email to either your online email address or your customer service email address based on how I ordered. Which I have already done and have heard nothing back it is now exactly 7days with no contact. It is suggested that even within busy times, customers should receive correspondence within 2-3 days from submitting a customer service email.
