Recently bought a leather sofa in a…
Recently bought a leather sofa in a light grey leather. Received a leather sofa on Christmas Eve and it was the wrong colour. Went back to the store in Edinburgh on Boxing Day and explained what had happened . The store took full responsibility for the error, and have ordered me the correct colour which will take another 13 weeks not a problem as I am left with the sofa until mine arrives.
Now for customer service department 😩
I am having an issue with the amount of finance for the sofa, they are charging me for a stain guard @. £250 which I returned to store, they haven’t deducted my deposit that I paid. I have tried endlessly to contact them by phone, I get in a queue get to number one in the queue to be told there is no one available to take my call🙈
I have emailed them asking for someone to contact me ASAP and have had no response .
@ncfliving this is not good at all.

Be very careful when ordering from this place.
Everything will go all well in store when you are purchasing and they ask you to leave a good review there and then ,which is the only good reviews !!
Once you've paid and left the store that's when the customer service goes non existent.
Bought a settee and was quoted 12/ 13 weeks which was fair enough but now on checking the tracking they have added another month on !! So annoying when you needed an item for a certain time frame . You can try emailing them and IF you get a reply it's a text message you can't reply to ,no telephone number to call and if you go into the store they can't help either 🤷.
Honestly what a shame of a company .
Foolishly I never read reviews before purchasing .
