Oh dear!
Oh dear, such a disappointing company. Purchased 2x 2 seaters, eventually delivered last May. Both arrived with leather damaged. Requested replacement but NCF not interested. Customer service is terrible. Not even one year later and the suits will not last. Terrible purchase and will not use them again. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

At NCF We felt at ease, we weren’t pounced on, Always a bonus, When we were interested Bruce at Glasgow, Politely pointed out the pro’s and how the sofa worked answering all our questions with confidence, once we had a look around the store and decided on which one we wanted, Bruce quickly responded with the paperwork, with more details on insurance, delivery cost, different finance options, leaving with a cleaning kit, and all numbers we would needed, information in delivery’s,.

Visited the glasgow store today, although we have not yet purchased our new sofa yet, we will be back, Kevin showed us the range of sofas that would suit our needs, he was fantastic. We had never heard of NCF before and have left knowing all we need to so that when we are ready to buy, we will be back to see Kevin at Glasgow.

Order placed on 7/11/26 in paisley
Order placed on 7/11/26 in paisley. Emphasised delivery was in highlands.
Staff very happy to take money. No assembly done after paid for. they used 3 couriers, Fudreco is a clown company.
Ordrer delivered today. Bed and mattress damaged.
Some damage done in production (shocking work). Other damage due to dampness and not being looked after in storage.
The manager for customer service is really unhelpful, has not once spoken to me. Delays, lack of communication has cost us a lot of money and stress.
Looking to get a full refund, compensation and collection of their substandard products.
Note order was only delivered today. Nearly 5 months later!
Update 16/4/26 - still no resolve, although ncf are quick to reply to trustpilot reviews their rectifying of mistakes is shocking!
