Thrilled with our new sofa and Kevin at the glasgow store was brilliant with us. Even got a nice coffee while we sat and chatted

Bruce at glasgow was very friendly and helpful, approached us as soon as we entered and was very warm and welcoming, he introduced himself and asked if we needed any help, we told him we were just having a look around for some dining room tables and he immediately showed us a couple of tables and told us about some great deals, we then said we were going to have a little look around first and he said if we needed any help atal just to let him know and he would be more than happy to help. We then had a little look around and inquired about a table and he explained about it and showed us the different features and we told him what kind of table we were looking for and he immediately helped us find a nice table with the exact requirements we needed and even helped us find a lovely console table we needed. He was very efficient and professional and made the whole experience very easy and explained delivery etc also and was very kind was such a warm welcoming kind person who seemed very knowledgeable and seemed very experienced in what he was talking about.

Had great fun in the glasgow store today with the new Smart sofa, it was like being in the cinema. Thanks Kevin for showing us.

She was incredibly kind, patient, respectful the entire time and never pushy. She listened carefully to what we wanted and she offered her expertise for options that fitted our vision and budget. We were still a little unsure but after Kevin sat and spoke with us we finally were able to make the right choice, only 3 weeks until we get delivery too...amazing service. Thank you Kevin

William in the Glasgow East End shop was excellent!

Our experience in the shop was lovely. I can tell that the salespeople really care about the service they provide. William was great, helped us pick our sofa and provided us with all the information we needed. The sofa has arrived and it is excellent, we keep getting compliments on it.
