Avoid at all costs - Terrible customer service and customer care
Awful, unprofessional & unresponsive customer service.
Our order was 6 weeks delayed and we received no notice of this from NCF, just missed delivery dates.
We had to chase upwards of 50 times on both email and phone to receive any form of update for our order, including reaching out directly to the delivery partners who confirmed our order had not been shipped to them after receiving “confirmation” from NCF it would be.
Avoid at all costs, shop elsewhere.
