Proper friendly and helpful staff
My mum went to check out a sofa herself initially and invited me along for the second visit. Kieran at the Preston branch recognised my mum from the previous visit so he already understood and knew what she was looking for and spent time answering any questions and concerns around recliner/lumbar support sofas. Looking forward to the new sofa arriving and thanks to Kieran again for all the help and support he gave

Pleasant experience without the sales push
Visited the store at Preston Docklands today and enjoyed having an initial browse without being bothered, like so many other furniture stores. Was approached by Becky on a walk round, who offered help or advice if we needed, without any pressure. She helped move furniture within the showroom, for us to get a picture of how it would sit within our living space, at home. She sat and chatted about different combinations on offer, was very friendly and easy going. Nothing was too much trouble and we still didn't feel pressured to buy. Very enjoyable shopping experience - would highly recommend this store.

Our second visit to the store and…
Our second visit to the store and Kieran was more than helpful. He sourced an item to warehouse, the last one and offered us a service called 48 hour measurement policy. Unfortunately, when we got home the measurements meant we had to cancel. Kieran has been in contact as obviously I don’t know the complete procedure. He has kindly offered not only a service but support to. I would definitely want to be served by this member of staff again, just a shame the bench didn’t fit our dinning room.
