As soon as I walked in Teri made me feel really welcome and not pressured in any way. She advised me on where to start after I told her I was after a sofa and she let me browse in my own time. I narrowed it down, she made a few suggestions and then I went to some other shops just to see if anything else caught my eye then returned to make my purchase from Teri. Really great service and (hopefully) speedy delivery!

Well where do I start…. I wouldn’t touch this company again if they were the last shop selling sofas…. I wouldn’t touch prefer to sit on the floor.
I had my sofa delivered over a week ago which should have been a lovely L shaped cream sofa similar to the one in store. This was paid for in full on the day and the staff said it would 7-10 delivery, which all was fine. However this is when the problems started, the sofa delivery team chipped the front door twice and marked all the walls leading into the living room and then also left a 10 inch deep scratch on my wooden floor (which won’t come out). When putting the sofa together they then realised that the incorrect arm had been delivered and therefore the sofa couldn’t be put together. This was then left in pieces in my living room and said I would need to phone customer services which I did.
They informed me the right part would need to be ordered and authorised before being delivered and they would send me a claims form for the damage (by the sounds of it, it’s something that happens a lot).
Having heard nothing for 48 hours I then contacted customer services again (which is a nightmare to through to by the way) who confirmed it’s still waiting to be signed off. Having still heard nothing I went into the local store to speak with the manager who said from the notes he can see it’s waiting to be signed off and made a note that I wish to have money back if not delivered within the next 48 hours.
We are now into a new week and still nothing I’ve again had to chase NCF who responded with the same information again this morning… waiting to be authorised, I’m sorry but this is now becoming a joke and therefore asked them to collect the sofa and I’ll have my money back which I received a reply I’m only entitled to 50% refund. The store manager did say I would receive a full refund.
I’m still waiting for the this to be resolved & find the whole company very much cowboy style. Even the other sofa parts are damaged and look second hand.
I’ll wait to see if this gets resolved asap but won’t hold my breath.
Avoid buying from these at all costs.
As you have responded to my comments quicker on Trustpilot please can somone in the business approve the outstanding order so we can then get this delivered and hopefully resolved. Thanks

Lovely experience shopping for our first sofa very relaxed not pushy extremely helpful the gentleman who dealt with us SHAUN was very knowledgeable & kind easy to talk to very accommodating helping us find what would work best for our living room couldn’t recommend him enough has changed our outlook on going to furniture shop THANK YOU for helping us make our house into our home ❤️
