Shocking after sales and customer service

Great service from the store manager at the Stoke store, dining room table and 4 chairs ordered and date for delivery arranged quickly. There is where the great service stops! Table arrived with only 2 chairs which were the incorrect chairs for the table and wrong colour.
Phone at 'customer services' unanswered for 2 days, email not responded to. Eventually spoke to member of customer services who re-ordered correct chairs, said they were in stock and I would recieve email with a delivery date. Not heard anything since!!!
Phone lines unanswered, emails not responded to. Absolutely shocking service. Would NEVER buy from these again!

Had awful customer service with this…

Had awful customer service with this company. My emails have been ignored and i’ve had the phone put down on me.
They have failed to deliver my order 3 times due to delays but are refusing the give me full refund. I have payed £2000 on items and they’re charging me £600 if i want to cancel. I’ve had my house for 2 months and cannot live in it without a sofa and bed that they aren’t delivering.
The staff in store are unhelpful and rude.

There's lots of amazing and affordable stuff,it smells great there and I visited the Stoke branch,Mr Ash,the branch mgr is so lovely and has a great customer service-smiled alot. Felt good!

Avoid NCF Living, poor quality and worse customer service.

We purchased sofas in July 2025, and within a few months they developed clear faults: stitching came apart on a cushion (exposing the filling) and one of the seats developed a noticeable, uncomfortable bump.

We reported these issues multiple times before the 6-month mark, including four visits to the store and several phone calls. Each time we were told an inspection would be arranged, but nothing ever happened.

After months of being fobbed off, they are now trying to rely on the “over 6 months” rule to avoid responsibility and are asking us to pay for an inspection, despite the delays being entirely on their side.

We were also told emails had been sent to the purchaser, which is simply not true.

The product quality is unacceptable for something only a few months old, and the lack of accountability and follow-up has made this experience extremely frustrating.

Still no resolution to date.

I would strongly advise others to avoid

Update- here's my order number NSOM9185, I have sent dozens of emails and visited stores and never had any solution, I have screenshot and proof. Your marketing team and customer service team have been nothing but unhelpful and frustrating, never had such bad experience with anyone else like this, very unprofessional and feel like we were just being sent away to delay the process so at the end we will give up or have to pay to get inspection come in.

Ordered number: NSOM9185

Sent a message on insta, let's see if they actually reply or ignore me like they did on emails just to tell its out of 6 months warranty and I have to pay to get inspection.
