Most cuttings were good the sweet potato vine and one of the coleus looked really wilted but we have transplanted all and will see how they do!

Wonderful company
This was my first order from NCR. The cost of shipping was very reasonable especially considering it was delivered by their own climate controlled truck. The driver was friendly as was the office staff when I called. Most importantly the plants were healthy and packaged great! Wonderful experience with this company.

the plants were delivered on time around 2pm, we close at 4pm and have had issues in the past with deliveries coming late from other vendors. plants were healthy upon arrival

My package came at the time specified
My package came at the time specified. It was packaged well, but some of the cuttings were dried out. They were wrapped in a paper that I assume had been wet, but it wasn't wet when I opened it. Some of the stems were a little brown on the sweet potato vines.
They have since rootedand it worked out fine, but more care should have been taken when wrapping for shipment.

The strawberry plugs were damaged
The strawberry plugs were damaged. When we received the box, it looked like someone had shaken it so hard the plugs came out of their trays and dried out. 30-50% of them were unsalvagable. Other plants companies place a moist paper towel like fabric to fill the void between the plants and the cardboard to prevent this from happening.

I received the plants as was predicted…
I received the plants as was predicted by the shipping company. When I received my order the plants has some cold damage, but we trimmed the damage off. When I was asked to switch spiral Juncus, for blue arrow Juncus I said yes, but got festuca grass that I didn't want.
