I did not know package was sent, but that was my mistake.
Good Morning. Past orders I received emails on the order being batched, boxed, ready for shipment....etc. I did not realize the shipment was coming ground. I thought I paid for Second Day shipment. So my plugs arrived and sat outside all knight. It was around 20 degrees outside when I found them the next morning. I went back and read the invoice and it had a tracking number. My bad. Package received sometime Thursday night, Jan 22 2025.

I’ve been buying for years
I’ve been buying for years. Never had a problem except the shipping company delivered a box of plugs upside down and broke most of what was delivered. NC Farms replaced without question when I sent the pictures and email. Great service and beautiful plants.

Plants look great, shipping delays and canceled items
The plants look great, however the arrival was delayed two weeks and one of the trays that I ordered was unexpectedly canceled due to lack of availability, which was disappointing.

We checked into what happened to your order. It was first held because it was set for Christmas week. We do not ship Christmas week. The following week it was held due to weather, which was unfortunate given the fact the week before was a holiday. What likely happened was the tray that was cancelled was ready for shipment Christmas week but because the order was held two weeks instead of just one, it got too tall or died. We are very sorry that was your first experience with ordering.

5 free per 100 plug trays!
We appreciate the fact when we bought 100 rooted plugs trays and we received trays with 105. Yes I think we lost 2 total out of the 300 ordered but we received a total of 315 when only ordered 300.
We have since received 500 more rooted plug trays and all look great! And the 2 day shipping is great!
Also love the website ordering set up! The fact you can view earliest date available for trays and the quantities available per available ship date is amazing! Great job there! It takes the guess work out of how many will be available on a certain date. Also the pre order and showing date available on pre order is great.
Trays come shipped snuggly in a box so there has been no issues of plugs coming out of trays! Can’t say enough good things about this company. So far so good. We will be planting these in the spring and looks like they should do great once in the ground.
