Avaana are fantastic! Sophie Carns made the NDIS provider registration smooth sailing with her knowledge and expertise. Sophie clearly explained what was required, the outcomes, reasonable expectations of time frames involved, answered all my questions, and replied to all emails and calls in a timely manner. The level of support throughout the application process has been fantastic.

Had Sophie as my support person. Very responsive to my needs. If busy would let me know and respond back to my queries in a timely manner. Was on the phone and guided me through processes of obtaining business abn. Very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to support me.

Initially Ben, then Rohan made what would have been an absolute nightmare into a positive outcome. We were granted our age care provider license all thanks to Avaana. Highly recommend.

We initially contacted Avaana to become an in home- Aged Care services provider, we were hesitant at the beginning, the encouragement and confidence we received from the consultants was Fantastic. I organized a call back to enquire about using Avaana. The employee that called me ‘Ben’ was so apathetic my teenagers who were listening in the car were hysterical and shocked. Their response “ that was someone who must hate their job and not care if they lose it, a 10 year old could have done better”. When I asked Ben if he would like some feedback he was very quick to say ‘no’ and when I asked to speak to his line manager he hung up.
