I really don't have enough words to explain how the team of AVAANA has been of assistance to me. I didn't know where to start but stumbled on Ben whilst surfing through the internet; then God steered me into the hands of Ashley. Oh, Bless him. Ashley was there throughout my Auditing - it felt like he was sitting in the room with me. Whenever I needed assistance, throughout my walk of getting my registration, this team has never failed me. Whatever I needed, they had the patience to listen and gave me the best feedback. Truthfully, I couldn't have made it without their guidance. I will wholeheartedly recommend this awesome team to anyone out there who really want to get things straight and breeze through the hectic and complex way of getting their registration. Ashley Roussety is the gentleman who supported me throughout my NDIS audit. The experience was daunting in the beginning and I was nervous. Ashley's ongoing support, communication and overall direction with the process, made me feel very comfortable. He was accessible, friendly, extremely competent and professional. I came across AVANNA on FB. initially I was skeptical to make contact but one day I decided to take the pre-test to know if I will be eligible to apply, after the pre-assessment test I was contacted instantly by Ben wright who later introduced me to other team members. I will say overall your service was phenomenally excellent, The other setback was staff resignation that was unaware of until was further introduced to Peace who has been very. supportive.

I found Ashley from avaana very help full with assisting with my ndis registration process I recommend avaana to anyone wanting to register to be a ndis provider, just heads up I did not find audit process to go smoothly as I expected, before taking up any ndis registration find a auditor elsewhere explaining your looking at registering with ndis and avanna is assisting with your application before starting any process with avaana as it will end up costing alot if you don't go through with the process my application has finally been send to ndis commisioner for approval.

Amazing team! Excellent at the whole process before, during and after the audit, always responsive ! Quick to reply when needed , always providing best customer service at any given time, highly recommend and would definitely stick with them!
