I am in the same boat as the rest of you...Ordered 1 wood burning kit 10 weeks ago. Still no shipping info or any idea when OR IF it will show up. Contacted Nearlife & they say sorry, it has shipped so we can't do a refund. They say they will look into shipping & say the info has been updated. I go to the Tracking number & it still shows the same thing it has for 2 months. Sitting in CHINA. I am going to dispute the charge with my bank to get my money back. They can deal with these people. I'm also sending this info the the Better Business Bureau. I will now always read reviews on this type of stuff before purchasing.

I like everyone else here has ordered 2 of the wood burning kits. 10 werks ago I placed my order. Still have not received the product. Have contacted the jackals through their fb page and email numerous times and have yet to receive any word back. Am now demanding a refund. And conveniently these scam artists have no 1800 number to be contacted at. Scam. Very shady company. Dont waste your money or your time.

Terrible company. Sent me 1 piece from a 42-piece kit and will not return my money. The only return address they will give is to a China address. The return postage is more than the item cost.

I ordered the wood burning kit two months ago and never received it. Customer service just replies with an automated message saying the item was shipped but it never was. There is no way to contact the company. Total scam. Not sure what to do now.

Ordered the wood burning set as well, never received. A total rip off!! Customer service provides tracking number, says it's sent. tracking number takes you to S. Korea post office where it has sat forever with no further movement. Nearlife site is non functional now

I orderd the kit on last day of 50percent of.. was supposed to b here ny may 26th..still no package. Have tracked it and it says it is at the USPS but nothing after this!!!

I ordered a 42 piece wood burning kit and a month later only received the gun. When I contacted customer service they said I chose to buy just the gun ( a lie there was no choice given) They are a total scam , I am fighting the charges through PayPal hoping to get my refund but I’m not holding my breath. DONT ORDER FROM THEM!

Bought and payed for a kit on March 28. Never received it. What a fraud and scam. Better Business Bureau will turn you off. Trying to get on web it turns black.

I actually ordered 2 of the 32 piece wood burning sets on April 10th and have not received them. I can't even get on the website. I have tried tracing the tracking number and it does not exist. FRAUDS!

Nearlife is a scam. They advertise products such as a 42 piece woodburning pyrography kit and when you receive the receipt, it says in small print underneath "US Plug/ONLY Burning Pyrography Pen". So they just send you a simple woodburning pen with no tips or any other accessories. Then they refuse to assist you, take returns or send the product that you thought you were buying from the advertisement.

I ordered a burning pen kit that was supposed to be 42 piece set. I received the burning pen only. I have tried emailing and calling but no one home. SCAM.

Wasted money here. It’s been almost 3 months since I made my order and I haven’t been able contact them at all. Rip off

TOTAL RIP OFF! I tried to cancel my order before it shipped. They refused and now it has been 6 weeks and nothing. They keep saying to wait another day or so longer. I am disputing the charge with my card holder. TOTAL WASTE OF my hard earned money.... NEVER EVER buy anything from them.

I was ripped off by this company! I was expecting two 42p wood-burning kits for my grandchildren, and I received two pens! What a rip off! I live on Social Security. I can't afford to throw away almost $100.00! I'm so mad!

I wish 0 stars was an option I also wish I had read these reviews this company should be shut down at this point I feel as though I’ve been robbed

I ordered a 42 pcs wood burning set over 3 weeks ago and when it finally got here I only got 1 wood burning pen and nothing else’s. And surprisingly the website does not work for me anymore and no number to call and the email for feedback has not responded, I paid nearly $40 and for what a wood burning pen I could have gotten off of amazon for like $10. I want answers now!

I ,too ordered the 42pc woodburning kit and they sent me 2 of the wood burning pens and no kit with them I emailed them and they replied back saying it was delivered..Only the pens were delivered. MAKES ME MAD that they didn't sent i I together...I won't order from them again

Horrible scam. Also purchased 42 piece wood burning kit and only recieved pen that doesnt even work. Worst online company I have ever dealt with!!

Do not buy anything from them. You will not receive your items!!!!
