Ordered 42 pc. wood burning kit a month ago and haven't received any thing yet! Can't contact them either. SCAM! I'm reporting this to my Attorney General Eric Holder, BBB, and Facebook for fraud. My bank is also turning this in as a fraudulent debit! We should all do this!!😡😡

ordered the burning kit 2 months ago. Never received it and now it won't even allow me to email them.

I also ordered the 42 piece set and only received the pen. The advertisement details purchasing a 42 piece kit..not just a pen. too many of the same complaints! There should be something that can be done about this company and the misleading ad.

Ripped off on wood burning 42-piece kit!!!! I was only sent the pen...that's it!! The WORST business ethics - FRAUDULENT "COMPANY" ONLY EXIST TO TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!! DO NOT TRUST AT ALL!!!

I, like many of you on here who wrote a review, ordered the 42 PC wood burning kit and only received the pen. I emailed them 2x about the issue. They finally got back to me stating that's what I paid for. The ad for the kit was really misleading. I thought I was buying a 42pc wood burning kit. Nope just the pen.

Their ad for the pyrography PEN 42-piece SET is very misleading!. The pen sets were ordered (two for the free shipping) months ago. Arrived last week as pens only. I have gone back and forth with their support email and the small print says pens only - I assumed this meant the one came with the US plug only. I am not the only review about this product or this company. Disgusting tactics and no customer support. I will not be ordering anything from them or similar companies in future. These actions need to be monitored and advertisers with a track record of a reviews like this Blocked so we don’t see their ads online.

Ordered the pyrography set and it never arrived. What a horrible bunch of people. I wish I had googled them first :(

Wish There were negative stars. I bought the 42 piece Pyrography kit and all I got was the burning tool no others parts of the Kit. When I tried to resolve it no luck. Even though their website says 100% customer satisfaction. Full refund without reason they wouldn't honor their advertising.

Terrible company, liars, cheats, all the other reviews are true. I got screwed over on the 42 piece woodburning kit also.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! I ordered the KAMALYNN sideways car. The box was damaged, Incomplete and the charger didn’t fit the device. It is super CHEAPLY made. I wanted a refund, they argued back and forth with me. Finally they gave me the address in China and the shipping cost more than what the product cost me. So I’m stuck with a product that my dog won’t even crap in and a total loss. How can NEAR LIFE keep on scamming America like this??

Yes, i was also scammed. Ordered 2 wood burning kits. Only got two wands. Several emails to company, after I figure out their real email address, which is not the one they send on the card. I was going to put their email address on here but they will not let me post with an email in this block, oh well. Dont believe the ad they have about 100% risk free purchase. They will not refund. Wished I had researched them before I had ordered. Use the email address that they use to send you about your order.

The discription of the product pyrography wood burning pen 42-piece kit is very misleading. Buy one get one 50% off the second one and free shipping. The add only mentions the only pen tool once in small print and right under it says 42 piece set. Really. I would not recommend this company to anyone. This set can be purchased from amazon. Same price and you know exactly what you are getting. And you don’t have to wait 3 or 4 weeks to get it.

Ordered the 42 piece wood burning set. Only received pen. Refused refund even though it states 30 day for any reason. Spend more elsewhere you will be a lot happier.

This company is bogus!! They tske more money than you authorize out of your bank, the phone number on your bank statement is to paypal, it shows payment to "psycho", the email on the site is bogus, no phone number to contact them AND THEY DO NOT SEND YOU YOUR ITEMS ORDERED!! THIS COMPANY IS BEING INVESTIGATED!! HOPEFULLY ALL PEOPLE WHO WERE SCAMMED BY THEM WILL GET THEIR MONEY BACK!!

after ordering something I happen to look at the reviews and see that they were all bad I immediately emailed them that I wanted a refund due to the bad reviews as well as no one getting their order on time and they emailed me this morning that it was too late to get a refund that it's already been shipped I immediately emailed them its bull.

#1 problem with this company is it's in China. TOXIC!! I don't want to claim/touch this shipment.

This place is a huge scam. I bought the pyrography kit in jan. It is now Feb a month after I purchased this item. The company took my money right away and sent an email saying it was shipped. The status of that item to this day is still in the same spot it has been. I emailed the support team they said it was on their way back in jan. So I waited and I emailed them again and this time I keep getting an error saying that their email is no longer available. So if you read this dont buy anything from nearlife. Go to Amazon and get what you need
