Total Scam

Total Scam. Donot order from this shakedown business. Please join in with me to report this place to the Better Business Bureau. I ordered the 42pc Pyrography set in December. The price was immediately taken from my bank account. I hadn't received my set by mid January. I emailed the company about my merchandise. They emailed me back stating purchase was on the way. Near the end of January my purchase arrived, they sent (only) the pyrography pen. I have sent several emails asking for return instructions and return address which have all been ignored. I googled this business and was led to this page and discovered all of the many dissatisfied complaints regarding this company. Needless to say I wish I would have done this BEFORE spending money. I hope I can perhaps help someone before they are ripped off by this
(in my experience and opinion) shady business.

Same thing happened to me

Same thing happened to me. Did not receive what I ordered. Paid $69.99 a piece for 2 of the double sided stunt vehicles and received a 2 4x4 car which is advertised for $34.99. Numerous emails back and forth and I was offered $8 reimbursement. I also paid for expedited shipping and extra batteries, which I didn't receive. Such a scam! If they are doing this to everyone, think of the money they're "stealing" from all of us. Something needs to be done. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!! IT IS A SCAM!!!!

I ordered the stunt car like the other posters and while I did actually receive the item after multiple follow up emails on shipping confirmation, the item is NOT what was advertised. It was a very cheap version of a car that was not nearly worth what I paid. I was able to have an email conversation with customer service, but they refused to send me a replacement or reimburse me the full amount unless I paid the shipping back to China. When I refused to pay shipping since they were in the wrong, they offered me a $5 refund. After more back and forth, they agreed to reimburse me $15 which is not close to what I paid, and I've also not received it.

I will never order anything on a click through ad on social media again. Expensive lesson learned. BEWARE!!!!

Like everybody here I got scammed too

Like everybody here I got scammed too. I ordered the stunt car on November 8.
Dec 12 I received an email saying the parcel has been delivered. BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY..I emailed them, same automated reply, after 5 business days..blah blah blah..I got a reply 2 days ago to try and to contact fedex with the tracking they provided. I put in the tracking but fedex does not recognize it. I paid VIP shipping and it did not matter..I wonder tho if this makes sense, in between Nov 8 - Dec 12 it says Canada post received parcel..and I get a fedex tracking?! I don't know how this works but this does not feel right. I will dispute this with my bank as well if I still do not get any from the last complaint I sent them.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. IT WILL ONLY GIVE HEADACHES and FINANCIAL LOSS!

I ordered two toy cars in the beginning of November hoping they would be here in time for Christmas they have never been shipped from their factory the whole site is a scam please stay away I’ve been trying to dispute with PayPal to get my money back and they are also giving me a hard time $140 gone in the trash I am not happy
I have contact in near life numerous times and they keep saying the same thing that they are having issues with their orders and there was a problem at the factory and I have been promised to get the first one shipped to me and I have yet to see anything and I also contacted FedEx because there is a tracking number generated but it was never delivered only a shipping label was generated

Like the previous review

Like the previous review, I ordered the stunt car on December 5th and paid for the expedited shipping in order to get the gift in time for Christmas. I reached out to find out where the car was and received the same automated response about customer service being backed up and could take up to 5 days to respond. Facebook/Instagram need to do a better job vetting the sites they allow to advertise on their platforms. I will be calling my bank on Monday to dispute the charges. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

I suspect this site too is a scam

I suspect this site too is a scam. I attempted to buy a double sided stunt car × 2 for my two boys for christmas. Got the initial confirmation email and even received a tracking number through FedEx. This was weeks ago. Even though FedEx received the initial shipment details it doesnt appear the ever received a package. The site has not been updated since dec 12. I sent an email but only received an automated reply that says they are backed up with message and may take up to 5 days to reply back. So annoying. 😡😡😡😡😡😡
If I dont hear back fron them then I will dispute this charges with my credit card company.

One thing Ive learned this year is dont trust any ad off from facebook.
Ive bought things from face book ads before and never had an issue but it seems everything is a scam now. No thank you.
