Hi Jimmy, sorry to see this review, unfortunately due to Brexit, customs charges are now applicable to the EU (something I really wish there wasn't!). We make this very clear throughout the whole process, at checkout and within all our delivery information. Here is the message that you see in both:
Please note that due to Brexit, VAT and duty will be payable by customers within the EU at their local county tax and duty rate. Customers will receive an invoice when the purchased item(s) arrive at the customs depot.

I was really impressed with this. I sold my golf clubs and the price was as good as the other sites I got quotes from. The email updates were regular and clear. I sold me old phone recently through as similar site and it was painful but this was great. Can’t actually find a fault

Best clubs I have ever bought!
Having been obsessed with Tiger Woods since I started taking golf more seriously around age 17 (1998), I have always looked to get clubs, balls, clothes and merchandise which bears his name. He is my golfing hero and I am considering buying his latest clubs, P7-TW by Taylormade. But as someone who has also lived the Nike brand too, I was very excited to see his famous clubs from 2009 come available on my favourite club selling website - nearly new golf clubs. I kept at the opportunity to buy them and after making the purchase I had them in my possession the next day. The sun was shining in a rare beautiful October day, so I took my new prized possessions and headed straight for my Golf Club. The best I had ever shot over 18 holes was 3 over par. But in this day with these new clubs and the aura of Tiger running through me, I managed a jaw dropping 4 under par for 9 holes! Work commitments kept me from finishing my round, but I have been back almost every day and the game has risen to a ne level. And these new clubs are certainly a big part of why - I am so grateful!
