Fantastic service

I called about a putter I saw on their website and wanted to trade in 2 of my own at the same time. I spoke with someone and arranged to purchase the putter, this was then shipped and delivered in less than 24 hours.

What was really helpful was that I was then able to use the return label they included for me to send my 2 clubs back.

Superb customer service and a really smooth process all round, I’ll 100% be going back to them.

My initial response on receiving my chosen club was disappointment. However, it was my fault at not reading the details of the condition of the club chosen.
Their response to my email has been excellent in sorting out the problem. They immediately provided free postage returns and have fully reimbursed me.
This experience is extremely gratifying knowing this firm has the customers best interests at heart. It is one of the most important aspects of excellent customer service.

Great service, I ordered what I thought to be a “fair” Taylormade stealth driver. It arrived extremely quickly and was in great condition, the pictures did it a diservice. Great company would definitely use again.
