Very poor service
Really disapponted to have to pay an extra £12 surcharge for order to be delivered by Royal Mail not the expected courier Yodel and for the packaging to be in a poor state and opened!!

After investigating the situation, we found out that DPD handed over your parcel to Royal Mail for delivery, resulting in this unexpected charge. To rectify the situation, we have issued an immediate refund of the £12.00 surcharge to your account, and as a gesture of goodwill, we have also refunded the £4.90 shipping fees you initially paid when placing your order with us.
