Too much plastic/bubblewrap
What I ordered was great. Arrived fairly quickly and exactly what I wanted. BUT what was really v v v disappointing was the packaging/parcel. Far too much plastic and packaging 'peanuts' which can't be recycled kerbside. Plastic tape on the parcel, weak box and loads and loads and loads of bubblewrap?? Come on?? Wake up. There are so many planet friendly packaging options now. You should be doing your bit. Not sure I will order from you again.Disappointing.

We are aware of the importance of preserving the future of the planet and we want to play an active part in environmental protection which is why we are currently thinking about new recyclable packing solutions without compromising the protection of our products. We will implement these changes as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, as for now, due to the amount of breakage we have faced with our ready-to-drink packs, we are obliged to reinforce our packaging by doubling the bubble wrap and increasing the number of packing peanuts. Bubble wraps and packing peanuts are recyclable in some drop-off recycling points and reuse options also exist but we totally understand that the fact they cannot be recycled kerbside is not convenient.
We still hope you'll enjoy your order!
