Well packaged and quick delivery
The clip seems very strong and sturdy looking forward to using it to clip my trainers to my climbing harness to protect my climbing shoes when not climbing

Just love the organization of the products. The Neatcleat Align+ is great for hanging my cleats or throwing them in a bag on the go. When my order arrived, I was missing an item, but they did end up shipping the missing item.

The Zpurs and the helmet hangers really help out organizing my cycling equipment in the garage. Great quality items! Will probably buy more soon!

Bought neatcleats and helmet hanger directly in their site. Delivery to Spain.

Pros:

1) Neatcleats are actually amazing. Smart and neat way to store shoes. I’m very satisfied with how my bike are displays now.

Cons: (where to start..)

1) overall process is TERRIBLE. Thus the two stars. No confirmation email of the delivery until I inquired.

2) products arrived unexpectedly and the postman asked to pay 25€ extra for customs. While I’m their website they clearly mention that orders under 150€ would incur in no extra taxes. After contacting them they responded they’d pay back this. 10 days later I still haven’t heard from them.

3) overall prices are TOO HIGH. Especially for the cheap plastic hangers. Neat Cleats are just simple product too but higher quality. Nevertheless they better optimize their manufacturing costs to bring prices dramatically down as otherwise competition will soon pop up and eat their market.

My order was quickly delivered, in pristine conditions just like advertised!

your delivery company (PDP) gave me the wrong delivery number.
I've been trying to reach them for more than 10 days to get a new number of delivery - until now I didn't got any answer.
the item is now "Held for Customs Clearance - Awaiting Duty and Tax Payment from Customer", but I have no way to find the item and pay for it

Ordered three items on 15 Nov 2022. I was contacted the next day that one item wasn’t in stock and would be about 4 weeks to fulfill. That was Ok with me. But, as the new year came and went, I contacted Alistair again. He apologized and promised that they would ship in the coming week (it was 7 January 2023 at this point).

No communication at all, so I reached out on 24 January 2023 to ask about the status and requested a refund if my purchases hadn’t shipped. No reply from Alistair or anyone else from neatcleats. Contacted a final time on 5 February 2023 to request a refund. No reply after 24 hours, so I had to request a refund from my credit card bank.

Dealing with neatcleats has been a total waste of time.

Almost no confirmation that my order shipped until I asked, no updates in the order confirmation page. Took a decent amount of time to ship, but that is forgivable since I am in the usa, but still.

The neatcleats wall hangers are amazing well designed. It keeps the bike shoes in place very firm without the worry of having them fall off. The shipping to the USA was pretty quick the product was properly packed.
I highly recommend the neatcleats wall hangers.

Fantastic service and brilliant bit of kit

I had been eyeing up the Align+ carrier for a while now and when a discount code popped up I just couldn’t resist. However, I have recently made the choice to not shop with any online retailer that uses Evri due to lies about failed deliveries and delays. Any online seller using their dishonest service are blocked by me! So I used Neatcleats chat to ask who they used and they were kind enough to cater to my needs and use Royal Mail instead once I provided an order number. I received my order on time with no stress.
The product itself is well made. However I received mine with the paintwork slightly chipped and have raised it with customer service via their chat. You also don’t seem to get an email confirmation upon placing the order. Something I think should be standard with any online purchase. But overall the communications and understanding to customer’s needs were excellent and I look forward to using Neatcleats again for future purchases.

Prompt shipping and the product works great!

The product is great, but the whole process could be improved.

Ordered directly with NeatCleats. After the order confirmation there was no information on shipping (except from an - to me - unknown shipping provider neither mentioning neat cleats nor my order, which I considered rather suspicious and therefor did not check the provided links).

Packaging was damaged from the inside (maybe it was a returned one), the neatcleats were in mint condition, however. While the neatcleats itself are very self explanatory, I would have appreciated a manual for the align+ tool. There is a explaining video, but very hidden on the page.

With a more transparent shipping and usage information the whole experience would have been so much better.
