I received my NeatCleats parcel yesterday. I ordered the Align+ for both Speedplay and Shimano cleats because--frankly--this device is GENIUS!! It will certainly make my job as a bike-fitter and Performance Optimization Specialist MUCH easier when fitting/replicating cleat position. I bought the Zpurs Signature shoe hanger. It's super easy to clip on my bag to carry my rugby shoes. It allows the shoes to breathe after training. Super happy about it!

The neat cleats work perfectly and it is nice adding some organization to my bike gear plus getting my shoes off the floor. Email tracking of the package was nice as well.

Great quality product and website, I am very glad I got this product for my boyfriend who plays soccer. He will be using it for his backpack so his cleats can always air out. The rest of the experience was not good, and very concerning. I didn’t get a working tracking code or any tracking information even though it said I would have it. I knew it would take some weeks to travel to the US, but I felt blind not knowing when it would come, and I needed it before a certain date. I emailed neat cleats, and the response was not professional with bad grammar. I thought I got scammed when neat cleats said that Russian hackers probably did something to the tracking code. I did not have a good shipping experience and am not sure if I would buy again because of this trust relationship.
