Médium rate, the color I choose was not available, I had to select another one but the team offered me accessories to compensate. Great product, but very slow to ship
Love all my neatcleat products. I have both the carabiner and wall mounts. It's 3 stars because the shipping time is the slowest I've ever encountered and lack of communication from the company.

Nice idea but not for heavy shoes
Brought the helmet and shoe holder as a present for my husband for his birthday. Fallen off the cupboard twice now sending his nice helmet and shoes crashing to the floor. Nice but not robust enough for larger heavier shoes. Tried mine on the same hanger and they stayed put nicely.

Really good product to have.
Currently have my MTB shoes hanging up and will probably buy more for the rest of the shoes.
Only thing I could say is that the length of rubber between shoe and karabiner could be a bit longer so the shoe could sit a bit more flat on the wall l. But that is being very anal about it

Zpurs
Ordered Zpurs last Dec 18, 2023 and I received it on Jan 3, 2024 (Philippines). I initially had a problem with shipment: tracking link was broken and it says that my order has been fulfilled when it hasn’t. I sent them an email regarding this and their support team was helpful (Kudos to Alistair!).
Zpurs is great! It’s a product I’ve been looking for as someone who likes to hang/clip stuff to my bag instead of carrying more bags. Looks really sturdy and it can hold my gravel shoes as well. I only wish that there’d be more options for carabiner customization (e.g. carabiner color, country flags, and bike brands) and that they’d restock neat cleats gravel 🤣
