Mr. Jones is a pleasant gentleman and very good at his work. His suggestion of a fan light was great and one couldn't fault him.

Nick was recommended to us on a local Facebook group as we required a new door for our conservatory.
The existing door was a hatch job which was the ‘worst door he’d ever seen (I believe him), on a conservatory that has had subsidence so the existing doors and adjacent upvc were all out of line.
Nick had a quick turn around of 2weeks waiting only for a new specially fitting door to be made. Once made, Nick booked me in for the job quickly and conveniently. The job itself took longer than he had expected on the day but still Nick didn’t take any shortcuts and made sure the new door was fitted perfectly into a very awkward space. Would highly recommend Nick, he was very reasonably priced, friendly and timely and we definitely will be using him again.

Nick did a fantastic job of installing new French Doors. He was very helpful with regards to picking the doors and I'm extremely pleased with the end result.

Took one call, a visit and then they were ordered and installed. No hassle experience wish I’d done it years ago! 100% recommend!

Nick is polite and friendly, does an excellent job of measuring and fitting, and takes care to leave your house clean while he works. The windows themselves are good quality, he fitted two windows and a patio door two years ago, and this week another two windows, so I am a happy repeat customer. I think his services are excellent value for money too.

Window handle broke over Christmas and called Nick and he came out the following day.

The gentleman arrived at the time agreed, assessed the problem then went and got the part and returned to fix the door promptly. He was very considerate and polite and such a reasonable price. I would certainly recommend him

Nick of Neath Window Care was professional efficient and did a quick repair to our back door which we haven't been able to use as locking mechanism had failed.
As well as the above important detail he was more than competitively priced.
Looking forward to having more improvement work carried out in the early part of the New Year

This is the second time we’ve had work done by Neath Window Care Limited. Aside from 3 new windows, we also requested repairs to some older windows fitted by another company whose seals had stared to fail.

Both jobs were done cleanly and professionally. The fitter and his colleague were exceptionally polite, well mannered, and treated our home with respect. Work was carried out in good time and the costs were very reasonable. We were pleased to have received the same quality of service as the first time we used this company.
