I really loved that he texted me, because I can't always answer calls and if I forget what he had told me I can just go back and re-read it. I'm very thankful for his patience.

They sell at discount prices and steal your credit card information. They then use creative language in order to attempt to upsell. You bought 2 tickets for $500, they have the same ticket for $550 (but they leave out it's each).

FRAUD! SCAM! WASTE OF TIME! I purchased a flight ticket on neattravels.com. I immediately received an email and phone call from a Vaughn Miller at 1-866-400-0666 telling me my flight was no longer available. The new fare had increased by $500-600. I was purchasing for someone else so I had to tell the guy on the phone that I would need to get back to him. He assures me that nothing has been charged. The next morning the guy starts calling me claiming he found new fares. Still for $500-600 more than originally quoted on the website, again I tell him the fare and flight does not work. Finally he calls me again and offers me a fare for $200 less. I agree and he tells me i'll be getting an email confirmation. I get the email and its an invoice on paypal. I become super suspicious and tell him I do not feel comfortable paying on paypal and far less to a company other than the airline direct and I cancel my request since no ticket had been issued. I start researching for customer reviews. I notice that all the 5-star reviews are written in broken English. Meanwhile all the negative reviews are written in perfect English (these are real people's reviews and they all claim it's a scam). I also notice the company only responds to good reviews and that's when it dawned on me. Everyone I spoke to on the phone spoke with Indian accents. This company is creating fake profiles and writing their own 5-star reviews. I immediately call my bank and by this point this guy had already attempted to charge my creditcard without my authorization. Luckily my bank declines the charge and cancels my card. The guy kept calling me, so I blocked the 2 phone numbers and any email received from this fake company.

Do NOT let their fake response fool you. They did in fact charge my card without my authorization. I had to cancel my card and get a new one. Banks will advise you to do this when there is fraud involved. This is exactly what Neat Travels is - a fraudulent company. If you don't believe me, call the 800 number yourself. It's a bunch of dishonest people with Hindu accents. You can also try this random number they texted me from +1 302 244 0731.

Neat Travel sold a ticket to my family for Delta airline for 06/013/23. The tickets were cancelled about a month ago and they are not willing to give me my money i used to buy the tickets. They told me Delta airline has not refunded the money. I took the pain to call delta airlines and delta airline told me they were going to charge my card on the day of travel and for that matter they have not received any money from neat travel. I reported it to neat travel and they told me Kenya airways has my money. I called Kenya airways and i put neat travel supervisor on the line and the Kenya airways agent told the Neat travel supervisor that they used fraudulent means to sold the ticket to me and so they are now under investigations for their fraudulent activities. I was surprised the neat travel supervisor could not defend himself when he was told he was engaged in fraudulent activities to buy tickets for customers. They ruined my family vacation, and they would not refund my $5216. Stay away from them, they are fraud! I have sued them for my refund. Stay away from them before you become their next victim. They are scammers. If you are a victim report them to Secretary of Transportation office, they have a help line. I have reported them, let's make sure these fraudulent companies are rooted out.

These companies (neattravels and flight channels and many more i'm sure) they're making people wasting their time looking for tickets for hours on the internet then saying that its not available, this happened to me twice this week....it's unacceptable .

They are making people wasting their time in their busy schedule.these companies are really a scam, they don't even have proper customer service anyway with their indians accent.

The authorities should investigate on these companies and throw these bandits in jail.

My 10 year vow renewal is in 2 weeks and my flight was cancelled by neat travel for no reason other than to scam us. We are a family of 4 now we have to purchase more expensive tickets. There was definitely a bait and switch tactic used here initially when they advertised the nonstop flight for $600 per person then calling us to switch to more expensive flights with layovers. But after the money was debited from our account and we received a confirmation number I checked delta’s website under my trips and it showed up. I selected seats and everything then here we are a month later and the flight is cancelled by neat travel.
