Beware! My family and I got tickets for St. Martin. We paid, got our tickets, our seats, everything seems to be fine. I wrote a wonderful review saying how helpful Simon was. Few days later we got a call saying that our tickets were no good, that Delta had cancelled the flight. I called Delta and the flight was never cancelled. We never got a truthful explanation. They offered us another flight with connections for a triple of the price we paid. Big disappointment and completely disbelieve. In all our years of traveling nothing like that has ever happened. We will never use that travel agency again and I will not recommend it for anyone.

SCAM
SCAM! It's an absolute BAIT AND SWITCH. you buy a low fair on the website and they call you to say that it's no longer available and they will find you a "best discount" fairs available. The new fairs are usually about 30% higher. We tried 3 times! And results were identical. Yhey have several website under different names but same scam. All the 5 star reviews have to be fake or from people that are very bad at searching internet. DO NOT BOTHER TRYING. Stick with proven well known sites

We as a travel agency can only give you a cheaper fare but if at times the airline changes the fares or the selected cabin gets full any agency has no control over it, we can only update. This is the only reason why your selected United flight was not confirmed and as soon as you booked it went as not confirmed. And the beauty of being a legit organization is that we do not charge you and then tell you all this. Still when you called us for it we tried to help you with an alternate option which even if not purchased with us had to be expensive from the deal that you were looking for.
P.S - At the Moment, We do not have any other Website or contact centre. You might have dialled some other agency and got the similar information for the flights that you were looking for, as the AIRLINES Fare fluctuate and are Dynamic in Nature.

This company uses the illegal tactic to book your flight through kenya airways then switching the tickets to delta last minute. And all tickets become suspended once caught. Delta finally picked this up and now cracking down on these companies. My flights were cancelled twice and left helpless in the airport because these tickets are illegally purchased, and their ticket numbers start with 700 instead of 007 from Delta. I had to buy last minute tickets for already booked hotels and resorts, losing at least $6000 for a indirect flights with layovers! I am so upset I had to pay over $300 on cabs to airports transportation just to find out I was scammed and delta did not honor these fake tickets and coming back home with my while family , kids crying and having to cancel the trip we planned for years for the whole week, wasting a long vacation time offs…this company ruined our vacation and broke my kids’ hearts. I hope for justice and rightful compensations.

We made your reservation for 4 passengers on 27 Dec and the airlines suspended your tickets at the last moment. We as a travel agency get deal tickets from a consolidator to give you a cheaper ticket and that's how most agencies in the United States operate, now the deal at the time of booking was being offered by Kenya Airlines (as Kenya Airlines and Delta airlines have interline agreement). We holded a certain amount of the airline which we give after the travel in our billing cycle, but because the travel was impacted by the airline we had refunded you $ 622 USD back to your account which should be there by now.
If the tickets were not good to use, why did the airline hold onto it till the last minute? They could have cancelled the ticket within 24hrs and refunded or given us a chance to offer you an alternate option if we made an error. They took 3 months to look into it ?
CASE ID - 44867780, This is the case ID that we have got generated with Delta Airline for the refund of your tickets you purchased with us. We never messed up with any tickets. This is the first time we are facing this issue and we stand by our passengers.
We are working with airlines to get you the refund for the tickets you purchased with us. We have assigned your reservation with our refunds department and listed your trip refund on priority. We will update you through the email address we have on reservation or will call to update you.
