3 years and no products received

**Absolutely Terrible Experience with Nebra – Never Delivered After 3 Years!**

I am beyond frustrated with Nebra and their complete lack of professionalism and honesty. I ordered two miners from them almost **three years ago**, and to this day, they have **never shipped** the products. I’ve reached out to them at least **five times via email**, and every single time, they responded with the same **empty promises**: “shipping will start in 1-2 months.”

Not once did they follow through on this. Every time, it was the same **lie** over and over again, without any real action or update. It’s clear that they have no intention of delivering the product and have zero respect for their customers' time or money.

I have been more than patient, but Nebra has proven to be a **dishonest** and **unreliable** company. I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from them to stay far away. **Save yourself the headache and go with a company that actually delivers.**

Three years and I have not received my order.
Tjey do not cancel it. They continuously lie about the delivery time. I assume they are holding so much money from pre-paid orders and they do not return them.

Terrible experience!

I paid 3000£ and they closed their website.

Paid for two miners, am still waiting after three years.
Three times I've asked, three times I've been told "They'll ship soon, really soon".

No updates, no shipping dates, no response to a request for refund. Am seeking legal redress.

Had a court hearing - Nebra was told to repay me, and never did.

They lied to the judge, and have not fulfilled his order.

Never purchase from this company. Will not ship you anything or refund you. Scam.

They will close unresolved tickets at the end of their day shift, and if you ask why the ticket was closed, they will tell you not to harass them.
They sold me a defective unit, and since it’s no longer under warranty, they don’t even want to try to help me troubleshoot it.
Please see other reviews online and ask the official Discord of Helium yourself to see what they think of Nebra as a company. Don’t just take my word for it.
Anyway, at the time of writing this review, they have a pathetic score on Trustpilot, so I guess my experience is shared by many customers.
The only positive reviews are from the Nebra team themselves—this is pathetic.

If I could choose 0 star that would be an appropriate rating.
Like the majority of everyone here they did not deliver what I ordered in a timely manner. Jacqui did not cancel the order and refund me per sale of goods act & The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 part 3, nor did she not authorise return of materials within Online selling or distance selling regulations.
In your position Jacqui you should know better!
If you are in the same position where they are not making any effort to refund or return and fobbing you off. Take legal action. That is how I forced them to refund me.
I am impressed the rating here for Nebra Ltd has dropped from 1.3 to 1.2

Scammers! I paid 500 euros for their products 3 years ago, and they continue to lie as shipment will be in the next quarter, and the next, and the next...
They should be reported to some goverment institution to make an investigation.
It`s unbelievable how they can still operate without consequences.

3 years since i paid £300 plus for a helium miner. Customer service still refuses to refund me and insists that i just need to be patient for my order. A scam company who are stealing money from people in plain sight without any repercussion.

I purchased 3 miners. One had the Bluetooth issue which was a common issue, far too common, and never resolved. Another updated, paired, and when rebooted it never came on again. No power, no nothing. The final device I have gave onboarding problems. Nebra is to FOS to waste my time on when I already wasted almost a grand. As for support, I had jacqui. She doesn't know 💩 but to refer you to online support (no help at all) and repeat things previously said. She's no help and should be fired for being so simple-minded and dumb.

Nebra took my order in June 2021. Today is 1st of July 2024 and I have just had a verdict by a JUDGE for these scam artists to give me my money back.

Take them to the small claims court under 'The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 - Part 3'

I hope everyone reading this takes action and gets the refund they deserve.

The nebra came 2 years later and it burn after 2 years, when i talked with them they gave me the information to fix it my self or to send it, but they forgot to mention if i send it i have to pay, dont buy this product its garbage and the service its the worst

They will scam you and steal your money.

I received my miner after 3 years of contacting them and they promised me they would ship it in the next few weeks. after receiving the miner I had an issue with onboarding because they were supposed to pay you 50$ inside the miner to onboard it but they didn't, I waited 9 months for updates but they didn't fix it, then after 9 months they told me if I wanna onboard it you have to pay for us 50$ the onboarding fees and it will not be compensated later if the issue gets fixed.

Even after that I accepted it and paid 50$. Then I had another problem, they promised me that they would give me 6 month free subscription if I paid 50$ to boost my earnings, as compensation. and since then which is 2 months now I have not been able to get the subscription, I have been contacting them for 2 months and following all the steps they told me to do.

Now they told me that we can't help you anymore ( Because they don't know how to fix their issue), if you want you can subscribe to our discord channel or look for a solution on YouTube.

Now my monthly earnings from their miner is 0.08$ per month, which means if you buy their device now which costs 445$, you will need 463 YEARS to just get back your money. TOTAL SCAM

Never buy any product from them if you appreciate your hard-earned money.

I purchased a Nebra HNT Indoor Hotspot Miner on April 16, 2021, and have yet to receive my order. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this with customer support(Jacqui, Head of Operations), I have been repeatedly told that there are no refunds because orders are being shipped, yet I have not received any shipping updates or the product itself. This is highly disappointing and unacceptable. I urge others to be cautious when ordering from this company as my experience has been far from satisfactory.

Going on 4 years no miners they tell me next quarter asked for refund 2 years ago and they said no. Stay away. Read reviews they are horrible, they will wait for crypto to go up then back down before they do anything they will sell there own to profit on us then leave us broke. They keep telling us different stories one of my friends bought these two weeks before me and had gotten them 2 1/2 years ago. He said they work for a little while then don’t. He said it was a waste of $ and wouldn’t never buy from this company.

I've been waiting for over three years for a miner or a refund. Why they are still allowed to conduct business in the UK is a mystery to me.

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. Don’t buy from this company they will take ur money and never ship ur product or provide you with a refund. Scam of a company.
