It's the biggest scam I ever faced. Miner should have arrived august '21, today, November 12 '23 I am still waiting for it. Contacted support and they keep telling me they can't refund and that my miner will arrive soon.

This company is one of the worst I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They took my money in 2021 and after years of waiting and fighting I finally got a refund a couple weeks ago. They take your money, refuse to ship the products, then when you contact them they say that your order is next (but it never is). I only got my
Money back by taking them to court. They buckled before the court date and gave me my money back. If you’re fighting them, hold out, keep fighting.

I'm waiting for my order over 2 years. Support can't give me a reason for this HUGE delay. One of the greatest scam I ever encountered.

30 months now and nothing. E-mails are bounced right back by Jacqui the Head of Operations who is their spin doctor of lies. My order stills states unfilled as status. Batch 5 is dead.

Awful experience led to partial refund after bringing a court case.

Worst experience I have ever tried with ordering something online.

Multiple times asked for a refund, was told every time that my order would bi shipped within 1 week, so therefore they did not accept returns.

Over 2,5 years and still not received my order at this point.

Told them not to ship it because I would just return the miner right away. But no, they do not accept returns in the miners anymore - wow wonder why!

I’m speechless. 0 stars. I’m just so happy and excited to see that Nebra has hit rock buttom on their reviews and customer base. Looking forward for Nebra to go bankrupt.

There's no lower rating, and this would not be out of spite, but purely based on how I was treated by this company and the outcome of the whole ordeal.

Ended up in small claims court, which no purchase really should.. like many others, I purchased in April 2021, and was told on multiple occasions I would have to wait "weeks" emails to prove it also..

The above went right on until I filed a small claims court against Nebra Ltd, and within a week, they sent the miner..

Disgusted with the company and how they did not resolve this with me sooner.

Scam company. Ordered a device in 2021. During 2 years they have been lying about shipping and production dates. After multiple emails threatening them with legal action in the UK, they apparently shipped me something even when I refused it. They keep refusing refund requests even if that is against the law in UK, whether they shipped the product or not.

I ordered 2 miners in April 2021 and still they have not been delivered all communication has stopped. I have asked for a refund multiple times and still nothing. Nebra is a scam do not buy anything from them.
If I could give them No stars I would.

Check it out, BIG BIG changes! Now I Ordered my 5G Nebra in Sept7th 2023 and in Sept14 2023within a week I got my 5G Nebra, Dealth with Jacqui Moore the head of operation now! Awesome Awesome knowledge experience! Swift into action l, very helpfull follwoing up with my order till I just got it. Despite the time difference between Canada and England any time i emailed within mins i got best Analytical satisfying understanding all my concerns and answering back just Astonishing Amazing! Customer service! Much appreciated Nebra Thank you👍🙏

Nebra Ltd takes 2 years to fulfil pre-order that is not what I originally ordered and refused cancellation and return/refund

I originally ordered Nebra HNT Indoor Hotspot Miner 2 years ago and after 2 years waiting I reached out to Jacqui Moore, the operation directors asking for a refund. She claims that back in November 2022, Nebra Ltd sent out an email to all customers who placed their pre-orders and not yet received the product an opportunity to cancel. I informed her I've not received such email and she refused to provide a copy of the email as evidence.
Jacqui then quickly dispatched an updated miner products to my address in the following day to me and upon receiving the parcel, I immediately emailed her asking for a return and refund under the DSR which she refused.
Having exhausted my options I took the case to small claim court (£70 fee which I can claim back from Nebra if my case against them is successful) and so far it is going to hearing in which I expect the court to rule in my favour and award me the claim.

I would suggest anyone who's lost time & money with Nebra Ltd to use the money claim service because they do not have the legal baseline to win.

I shall continue to update my review pending updates on my court hearing with Nebra Ltd.

This company is a disgrace to the UK and they should be in jail, I ordered a product over 2 years ago that is now no use. At the time of purchase the delivery lead-time quoted was maximum 20 weeks, I contacted after one year and said I wanted to cancel for a refund and told I couldn't as the item was on it's way and then 14 months later it arrives with them saying because the products are outdated they will not accept refunds, how can companies like this trade.

awful company. bought something over 2.5 years ago and still no sign of it, and they won't cancel either.

Ordered over 2 years ago. Tried to cancel numerous times, refused. Finally delivered and changed the return policy to say they won’t accept returns. Opened court proceedings. Avoid

The slowest miner on the market.

After hip 83 the fastest miners earn more. I have a very good setup with a good coverage but the Nebra miner is too slow to get selected as a witness thus not earning anything.

Along with other very unhappy Nebra customers on here, my 14 year old son also fell victim to what can only be called a scam. All his Christmas and birthday money was invested in one of these machines. What was very infuriating was that they changed his order without giving him an option. It was only after numerous emails requesting delivery updates and refund requests a response came to advise nothing could be done as the item originally ordered was no longer available and that his order had been 'upgraded' to another model. We advised we did not want the the upgrade and wanted to cancel but was constantly told in a round about way this wasn't an option. I even quoted their own T&Cs stating we were within our right to cancel the order but to no avail. The machine was delivered last week after 2 years
in Ebay packaging? And there was no delivery note inside. To say I am furious is an understatement. Unless Nebra can provide a better response to the ones we have had to date, this situation feels like legalised stealing. I will be taking further and if anyone wants to join forces in taking to a small claims court please get in touch. Hope this is allowed Trustpilot but this company cannot be allowed to get away with this.

I have ordered a miner from them
2y5m ago and a few days ago received an email that the order will be delivered to my old address. I have already moved to another country and updated my new address for nothing. The head of operations Jacqui doesn't even care and does everything to send that parcel at any price and even said that if I will be not there to pick it up is the end of the matter. I couldn't believe this company does not respect any law and after so many bad reviews, all the customers lost their money and time for nothing!!!! SHAME!!!

Same as everyone, Ordered on April 2021,
Received nothing. No shipping update.
Scammers and liars. Worst business practise.
Want to make a small court order, but I know it is not enough. let me know if you also wish to do the same - we can file for a larger lawsuit with multiple people together to remove the company out of existence and get everones money back and save others from getting scammed.

I have bought hotspot miners at April 2021 and they tent to send them now (August 2023). They didn't respond/refused my refund request. I will be going to small claims.

Awful company made a purchase in 2021 arrived in 2023. Does anything more need to be said?.
Don't do refunds on hnt's thinking that's OK after taking 2 years to deliver there item. Poor operations. so all in all a trash company, don't waste your money or time.
