Similar to everyone here. Ordered 2 years ago (2021) and never received anything. Emailed and asked for a cancellation they said no and sent it out for delivery. Declined delivery and taking to small claims court.

After my last review of Nebra one of their reps emailed me to ask why I had written it. I told him to read the review and all my emails and that product paid never showed up. That rep was never heard of again and they still do not issue refund for the products never sent. Only a refund will change these reviews and I will start a small claims case now.

The only way to get a refund is through small claims court - never had to deal with a company like this! Best of luck to anyone thats done buisness with them or are thinking of doing buisness with them!

Sad I'm getting older ordered when I was 56 now a happy 60 year old and still waiting I pre ordered 2 miners batch 4 still waiting had a heart attack had a stent fitted will I ever see my miners or get refunded I don't think so I think I will be dead first thanks nebra money wasted

Over two years after ordering still no product delivered

They are total scammers, I don't know how they are still up and running despite thousands of people they have scammed, and they even have the guts to send promotional ads (without including their scammed customer's emails). this has to stop! more customers are being scammed every day and they add up to the list!

I ordered 2 Nebra hotspots from them on 21 April 2021 and a few months after that day, they keep promising to deliver and so much of reasons. until now more than 2 years I have not received the items.

Avoid this company and avoid getting scammed

It took 2 years for my ordered to get delivered. Customer Service is not helpful at all. Always saying next week it will be delivered.

This company is great at taking your money and then great at NOT delivering anything with a statement saying that it will ship next quarter ... guess what several quarters have passed and still nothing. Order was place on 21 April 2021 .......

I gave them multiple chances. If it weren’t for the fact that I used a credit card I would never had got my money back. I feel sorry for the staff there that aren’t involved in the decision making as they are being asked to lie to people on a daily basis. Owners need to get a backbone and draw a line in the sand by making it right to all the effected customers and not keep people at arms length.

Took my money, 2 years later nothing. Asked for refund, nothing, went to their warehouse and they called the police on me. P.a its a tin shed covered in cctv..ask fkr Jacqi -good luck to anyone getting a refund or product avoid at all costs.

They are a f-ing joke they ignore emails blame chip shortage that had ended a while ago and proceed to blank inquiries about people miners that they have ordered about 2 years ago and be talking crap about merging with other company type of business strategy is that

Like everyone else here I got scammed, ordered in April 2021, and have been told I can't cancel and my order has been shipping soon for the last year and a half.

I still have not received the hotspot I ordered in April 2021. I have exchanged emails with them more than 30 times, every time they claim my "order is shipping soon". I have tried to cancel my order 5 times, for over a year now. Every time they say it cannot be cancelled, because it is already the mail. These people are frauds, I'd give zero stars if I could.

If I could give less than 1 star I could.
I am just another one of the many people they have stolen money from.
The company has stolen tens of thousands of pounds if not more from people placing preorders for devices never to be received.

They took everyone’s money for miners and 2 years later still did not deliver, people took them to small claims court to get money back. Shame and honestly I don’t think this company should exist anymore.
I have bought 5 used Nebras it still brand new in box, 2 of them tbe concentrator was bad. If you can get them going they work well.

Nebra are absolute scammers. Don't buy any products from them. I ordered a helium indoor hotspot miner back in April 2021. I have been waiting for two years for this unit and all you get is updated delivery dates. I have chased this constantly for the last two years and you get half effort replies with no resolution. So now I am taking this to another level. I am now going the trading standards route. I am reporting this company and hopefully opening an investigation on them as too many people are getting scammed and having their hard earned money taken. Nebra you had your chances for many months up to two years to resolve this. Ive got time on my hands to push this and get Trading Standards and the ombudsman involved.

Promised a miner delivered by August of 2021 & it is now halfway through 2023 and they are still replying with the same excuse that "they just shipped my order and are unable to provide refund" BS! but yet no tracking number & even still; the miners are USELESS these days. I ordered to get ahead of the game & instead threw $800 usd out the window. Whoever is ready to sign petitions foe full refund & damages, let's go straight to the Commerce Bureau of their registered location.

Ordered mine April 2021 and still nothing. Been asking for a refund for nearly a year and the reason they won’t is custom item and can not be refunded. When I ordered the item it stated on the website I could cancel and refund as long as it had not been dispatched. Every time I request a refund they tell me it’s in the next batch please be patient. Total scam!

Dont buy anything from this company, most likely you wont receive it and their customer service is the worst. I pai for a miner 2 years ago and everytime I try to contact them, they say is coming. I try to get a refund but nothing.
