Rip off

Rip off. Tried they’re trial they charged me $29.99 immediately, I I wrote them and told them that I didn’t put in for the subscription. I just wanted the trial and they sent me some generic page with me marking a subscription. However it doesn’t even have my name on it like it’s not even me and they wouldn’t even entertain a refund even though they say they give refunds do not get caught up in this company. It’s it’s all fake.

Waste of money

Bought this watch as a gift for my husband back in Nivember. We went on a beach holiday and he went for swimming forgetting to take it off. Spec says it can go under water but this watch stopped working after quick swimming . Contacted Nebula via email and they never bother to respond. Very disappointing. I would never recommend, waist of money.

Terrible company

Watch took ages to be delivered. Christmas present for my husband. Six months later it has stopped working, completely dead, can't charge or anything.
I have emailed them 3 times and not had the decency of one reply.
Absolutely disgusting customer service, I would NEVER buy anything from this company again.

I agree with others - THIS IS A SCAM

I agree with others - this is a scam. You click on the 1 euro, when i tried to get what i paid for, and clicked the button, it charged me for 29 euros too without my permission. They are refusing to give me a refund and took it up with Paypal who said they it was fine. THIS IS A SCAM.

Its a scam

Its a scam. I accidentally bought something for 1€, when i tried to get what i paid for, and clicked the button, it charged me for 29,99€ too, without my permission. I’ve been trying to get in touch with them for almost a week now to get my money’s back, no response.

THis is a peice of shit company that charged me 160 dollars within one week for a service I NEVER signed up for !!! I never agreed to pay for anything, I never saw price for anything, I never agreed that they could charge my credit card for anything!! they charged me 160 dollars in one week despite me contacting the company any asking them to cancel anything they had on their website! There isnt any phone number to call for customer service and the company is located outside the US. They are theives and I will be contacting my bank as well as an attorney to get my money back stay away from this company

Theives who have stolen my £109

The watch was absolute rubbish, couldn't even count the steps. I asked for a complete refund, this was their reply.
Accepting compensation means that you accept the product and that there are no quality problems with the product.



Please check whether the products you received are in good condition, and whether you are willing to keep our products and not return them, and whether you are willing to accept 15% of the original order from us to compensate you.



Please inform us of your wishes after checking and agreeing. At that time, I will compensate the 15% discount of the original order to your original bank account, which will be credited within 3 working days.
Needless to say, I wont be accepting, and threw the watch in the Bin, so Beware.

THIS COMPANY NEEDS SHUTTING DOWN
I purchased two watches in August 2024
I thought I was purchasing from a UK company, it's not, company is in China. Admittedly I didn't read all the small print, saw 90 day money back guaranteed so thought I'd be protected if anything went wrong.
Problems from the start the watch wouldn't stay connected to the app, I tried on my Samsung phone, my husbands Google phone and my son's iPhone-all the same problem. I was wearing a watch that was tracking my steps but not storing correct time or date amongst other things. I reached out to the company, I have so many emails back and forth of them trying to resolve the issues wanting videos of the watch not staying connected etc all of which was sent. ALL my requests for a refund were ignored. Advised I would take the complaint to my credit card company. Nebulae offered me a refund of 5%, then 10%, 12% and 15% I was hassled by the company almost on a daily basis to cancel the claim, in the end they offered a 50% refund so I thought it was better than nothing and cut my losses, as it had been weeks and Virgin Credit card were still investigating.
I've had to send two lots of proof that I've cancelled the enquires, I've now send numerous emails asking for the refund or else I will take up the enquires again with my credit card......and nothing, it's like they do not exist.

It's not so much about the money, it's the principle, having now seen all these shocking reviews and people being scammed it's disgusting that the customer is left paying for it and the "company" is getting away with it.

Only lasts 6 months no reimbursement

It looked good, but was a bit hit and miss from the start. It didn’t always measure my sleep and then at almost exactly 6 months it stopped working. I asked for advice, had to send videos and was basically told it’s 6 months old so tough. £110 down the drain. Shocking product, shocking customer service!

Nebulaetech 'smart' watch

Absolutely useless piece of kit, sold as having gps and it doesn't, hardly ever connects to app. The tech site that recommends this watch needs shutting down. Total waste of money, not getting what you paid for and none existent customer service.

If i could leave 0 stars i would! DO NOT entertain this company. I bought my partner a watch for Christmas 2024 and it has been faulty from the start. First red flag was thinking you are buying from a UK based company - it is then sent from China. 2nd red flag it is then in a very flat box (not the type you'd expect a watch to be presented in).
All the red flags it doesn't work, from the minute you set it up. To the point it tells you to wear it correctly even though you are. When it does accept you are wearing it correctly it doesn't even record anything. Email the company (obviously from abroad as replies are overnight) they do not give you a return address and give you answers like it doesn't have gps so will have errors. It depends on how you walk so it won't always record steps. They will not fulfill their '90 day' guarantee. I am now £150 out of pocket. I was better off buying him one from Shein - it would probably work

Scammers - BE WARNED DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

BE WARNED this company is a scam. I would not recommend this product, the quality was not as expected, the watch very cheap & tacky looking. As per their returns policy I made contact requesting instructions for the return. To date nothing received so now in the hands of credit card company. UPDATE 15/01 : daily emails now threatening my credit rating by implying I have refused to make payment as I have raised a chargeback with my credit card company, and insisting I cancel the chargeback which I am absolutely not doing. They will not provide the return details. I cannot stress enough that you do not buy anything from this company.

Nebula - one big scam

I ordered a watch in early December. Still waiting but have had some very creative excuses. My watch supposedly was going to be delivered by Yanwen, butbthey now say on tracking that there was a problem and that I have been notified. Theyre lying. It is all a scam by a China based company which purports to be UK based.

Terrible experience from start to finish with this watch and company! Watch wouldn't stay connected to my phone despite repeatedly reinstalling app and it would periodically switch off. Tried to return but fobbed off with you have to return to China and pay international fees even though advert said Nebulae UK and no hassle returns policy! Contacted my bank in the end and initiated a complaint and they gave me a full refund. Now getting daily emails from Nebulae asking me to cancel my charge back complaint and they will give me a 50% refund! Avoid at all costs!

DO NOT ENTERTAIN THIS COMPANY. Ordered 2 weeks ago, still have not received my order.
Got in contact with the rubbish customer service and all they say is you can have 5%, then 10% off if I keep the item i haven't received.
And then let you know it's a 15% cancellation fee!!!!!
