BE VERY CAREFUL
Be careful with these. I purchased two watches, one for myself and one for my partner. I ordered her a pink one. Both arrived and were black.
Initially you'll think the watch does what it needs but it constantly disconnects from your phone. Then after two weeks both have started faulting, time resets to midday the watch resets and then switches off and will not switch on again. Then a few days later it suddenly shows as having power but the issues above still remain.
Then you try to speak with customer services and they ignore all you say, offer 15% discount and say it's a good product. Then after my 11th email they say you'll have to ship back and pay custom charges....AVOID.

I wanted to return the Nubilea watch. Package unopened. They say 90 days for refund. You have to send it to china and pay for it. And they make great effort to accept the watch even when I told them that I didn’t want the watch

Great customer service and a great product
I received my watch about six weeks ago. It seemed to work well for a couple of days then when I tried to update the data on my phone it took about 10 mins to get to 100% then no data appeared. When 8 went into my device it showed as connected but battery was on zero even though watch was fully charged. I contacted Nebulae and they responded within an hour. We sid go backwards and forwards for a couple of days but they always responded within a few hours and sorted the issue out and it now works perfectly. I think this is perfect customer service and the watch now works perfectly.
I would recommend this product to anyone.
Terrible company
Terrible company. Tried to cancel my order within an hour but they said it had already been shipped which was a total lie as when the tracking information came it wasn't shipped until 6 days later. Eventually returned the item after many emails refusing their offer of a discount. Now its been at the local customs office for 4 weeks and they're not paying the customs duties on my behalf as I assume that will delay my refund if I get it!! The tracking now says it is being returned to sender because they haven't provided customs with the information required. Ignore the co.uk web address, definitely China
Nebula/nebulae - a name and brand to avoid at all cost
Oh I'd wish I read the recent reviews before I ordered the Nebula smartwatch. Watch is useless and trying to get a refund is impossible. As stated previously, they make every attempt to put you off. It was only after threatening section 75 credit card action that they gave me an address, in China, to send the watch back to. The returned parcel has been held up in Chinese customs now for 1 month. Trying to get a response or help from Evri and the Post Office is another tale of woe.
Avoid!
I ordered it after reading some article online about best smartwatches/prices. It was supposed to be great( I think the company itself wrote it or paid someone). After I ordered I found those reviews and tried to cancel my order immediately. It was not possible so waited to try it. First of all, I received white strap instead of grey one. Watch is rubbish, only counts kcals when you are moving which is incorrect, you need a good swing for the screen to come on, numbers updating on the watch are very slow, app is also rubbish. I could go on and on. Please save yourself disappointment and wasted money and avoid this company. It comes from China I think. If you want to return you'll have to pay shipping fees yourself. They will offer you 5%,10%... off to keep it. I opened a dispute through my bank, got money straight away. Since then I had emails telling me to withdraw the dispute and I could have 50% off. No way I am doing it!
Absolute scam of a company
Absolute scam of a company! I can't believe that I fell for yet another China fraud. I wished to return it as per the option on their website and, after about 10 emails each way in which the tried everything to avoid me returning it, they finally gave me a return address and agreed to refund my money once they have received it. I sent it back at a cost of around £25 and it has now been sitting in Guangzhou Customs Office for around 4 weeks with no sign of it moving. I suspect China Customs are complicit in these scams as they are content to ship their crap all over the world but don't want it back!

I bought this watch and a few minutes…
I bought this watch and a few minutes later, I wanted to cancel the purchase. I emailed straight away the only contact email address they have on the website abd told them not to send it. They didn't answer for a couple of days, so I emailed again. They emailed saying it had been sent and I received a tracking number. I live in the UK, but illogically the tracking of the watch was saying that it was being sent from the UK to China and then back to the UK. I asked them about that and that the delivery promise was 3 days, it took 12 days. I wanted to return it but they said they will only refund 85% of the cost!! Now, I feel that this company is so untrustworthy that if I send it back they won't refund anything and I won't be able to reach them... I don't know what to do...

Avoid
Avoid. The projector started to break after just 15h of watching. Zero customer service, you're on your own. They will not help you, coz they are currently busy spending money you've paid.
False advertising
False advertising. Watch quality is questionable. Magnet doesn't hold for longer than 3 minutes. Edges pull on fabric (clothes. Already damaged my sweater and shirt. I am requesting full refund.
