I have bought “GPS Tracking Hiking Watch“ from nebulaetech.co.uk website, It took over a week to get delivered. When I got it was excited to start using it even though the quality of the watch didn’t satisfy its hefty price tag. I downloaded the app, connected it and started wearing it. It worked well for few hours and then all the information got reset. It’s 2nd day I am wearing and now it is resetting every 20 seconds making it absolutely impossible to use not even to track the activities but can’t even rely on it for telling the time. Contacted the customer service, been asked to send the video, which I did and got the reply to restore the settings which I did few times even before contacting them!

Wanted a refund as didn't like the watch said I needed to pay 30 to 50 dollars to return to China or they would give me 5% refund. Its terrible

You need to avoid this company with everything you have, they are ripping people of & have a number of uk depots but still use china to return etc and threaten you with 5 or 10% to keep the watch and it your cost to return with shipping costs etc. you can’t get refunds and you can’t talk to anyone. Shouldn’t be aloud to sell in uk at least

I have been a costumer for many years now. I have been very pleased with the quality and durability of the items. The size charts provided are extremely helpful to make a more informed decision before buying. I will continue using these products!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I ordered a smart watch at the end of August but didn't like the look of it when it arrived so decided to return the item within the 14 day cooling off period extended to all online purchases. It took weeks and repeat requests to get the return details. Items have to be returned to China. I returned the item and am still waiting for the refund. I emailed them re delay and have just received an email from them to say I have to pay customs charges. If it was possible to give this company no stars then I would . Customer service is awful. I have learnt my lesson and now check return details of any online company I'm thinking of buying from, if it says China I walk away.

I bought one of their watches for my father but unfortunately he had a stroke and he is unable to wear. I have asked to return in original box unopened. I have been given the run around and they have tried to get me to keep but except a 5-10% refund. I don't want the item but they are making it very difficult to return. Terrible Terrible customer service

Absolutely horrible customer service!
They cannot count money.
They adding on fees that was not in the return section.

This company are Fraudsters!! Please do not buy any watches from them as they just don't work! It's a SCAM!!
There is nothing smart about this watch...it does not record any data and it doesn't connect to bluetooth!! 😡😡I would give then No Stars if I could.

As many of the reviewers say, avoid these scammers at all cost. The watch didn't connect to the app, so it didn't do what it's supposed to, their support sent me instructions to try and do it, which I spent a whole afternoon on, and then more videos, all to no avail. Please do not fall for the 'independent' reviews/reviewers, they are all fake.

Was a bit worried after making an impulse purchase of this watch, especially after reading the poor reviews. However this is a really good watch and does everything the big brands can do. It arrived within a week of ordering, easy to setup as well

Please be careful and do not buy from these Chinese Scammers.

It is a substandard copy product.

In addition they will not action a replacement for any mistake they make.

I read reviews, and decided this watch was not good value. I had one from Temu which was £8. Far better watch, sent this one back too Nebulae for refund 28 emails later and 2 months, got my refund . Avoid this company at all cost

We've recently purchased 2 fitness watches and within weeks they have both stopped working. After sales advice not good.

Avoid at any cost

Chinese scammers. They have set up internet sites looking like they would be European. You order and get a tracking number from China. You cannot cancel the order, and when you request return the answer is “you can try to return it”.

Finally you get the address, you will need to pay the return charge (for a watch around EUR 50) and then your return will get stuck to Chinese customs and you will never get a cent back, or if it goes through, they return 15% of the value of your purchase!

Terrible. First watch didnt work they sent another one and none of the settings are any good when I record a run it dissappears and seems to not even record and half the time the watch doesn't turn on when I turn my wrist. Seriously dodgy. I've thrown the packaging now so I can't even return the bloody thing. Don't buy this!

Don’t what ever you do buy from these scammers. I bought one of there rubbish watches that I didn’t check out properly before I ordered it. Having then looked at reviews like this I realised that I had made a mistake. As soon as it arrived I sent it back the same day via Royal Mail special delivery for £8.99 as by this point I was aware of how dodgy they are. Hence to say they never reimbursed my money. The only way to communicate with them is email via their website that seems to be in Spain. They ignored all my emails thinking they were smart and that they were going to steal my money. Hopefully Royal Mail will rescue my money as I have made a claim with them but I have to wait 30 days of which I have 9 left.
As others have posted Do not buy from Nebulatech you will be scammed like I and others have been.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Watch arrived and it was immediately faulty and when I tried to return it as I was well within their 90 day warranty, they didn’t send me the return address until about the 15th email I sent them. Absolutely shocking customer service! I sent it back on the 17th May and I as far as I know is still held up in Chinese customs.

Absolute nightmare company to deal with everything about bad reviews is correct .i finally had my money paid back by the bank ..don’t touch them if you want to lose your money

I had bought this watch as saw a good review however within a day there were faults so I contacted asking for return. So far I have been told to send videos, recharge it and then ignored. Their 90 day warranty is worth diddly squat. It seems the not so cheap watch is a load of rubbish and the support and refund is mere fiction!!
