Nice easy booking procedure.
First time I've used this company. It was a nice, easy and straightforward booking procedure with a pleasant and polite lady on the phone. I was also given the option to book online. The email confirmation and deposit receipt was very prompt. Very good service indeed.

Great customer Service and friendly
I was booking a holiday for my dad and Stacey was so friendly and helpful with all my questions, there was an issue with the website and Stacey did all the booking for me over the phone. I would highly recommend Neckermann Travel & Stacey.
