The staff were very helpful especially Steph in finding my perfect gift! I got the perfect present for my friend with no hassle. I have used both the market place and the gift marcher. The products they sell are really good quality, made in the UK and personal. I LOVE needi and recommend to everyone trying to find that perfect gift!

The best way to find the perfect gift! I have used Needi numerous times and have always found amazing gifts for all occasions. The site is so simple to use and gives really great, unique suggestions, making gifting so easy and personable! Also love that when you order gifts via Needi you know you are supporting independent businesses which is a massive bonus!

I have used needi on a number of occasions, and every time I am blown away by the customer service and the offerings of gifts. The website is easy to use and the gift matching tool is great. I have found gifts that I would never have thought of, all by answering just a few simple questions. needi is 100% my new favourite go to place for all gift shopping.

I’ve used Needi for various different gifts now….From Father’s Day, Christmas, friends birthdays and children’s presents. They literally have a mix of everything! Super unique ideas, which always feel a little more personal in my opinion. If you’re like me, always leaving it until the last minute and find searching stressful, use their gift matching service. It’s takes just a few minutes and several really thoughtful ideas pop up, you don’t even have to browse.
Fast delivery and communication….ps their packaging is always so cute, no need to wrap it…bonus!

An excellent service from start to finish. They have some great gifts to choose from on their site but as I wanted something extra special I tried the gift matching service! This was fantastic, after inputting a few key facts, I was presented with a selection of relevant and suitable options (which I must admit would never have crossed my radar otherwise) this enabled me to choose a gift that was perfect for my recipient! They LOVED it! I had a few questions before purchasing and these were answered very quickly and personally (rather than a machine response)easy ordering options, fast delivery, arrived well packaged (beautifully wrapped) and as expected. OMG they they find the best gift for you...and there’s no cost!! I’m rubbish at thinking outside the box on gifts and have some really difficult people to buy for. I did the gift match quiz but still wasn’t sure. When I was offered the gift matching I was sceptical but Steph popped me a call asked me some more details about the people I was buying for then went off and found some really cool unusual gifts (be bond 007 for the day experience for my brother, a biographer to with with my Nana to write her life story with her and a virtual reality arcade session for my nephew who is mad into gaming!) all such thoughtful and unique ideas I would never have thought of - I will definitely be using this company again!

Love Needi for easy gift giving and finding unique presents that I know people will love, supporting independent businesses at the same time. The customer service is excellent and I really value the personal shopping experience too - such a great way to shop.

I have used the gift matching service numerous times now. The shopping experience is unique and seamless and the fact it supports small businesses is just a plus. I always find Needi to have unique gift ideas, but most importantly for me Needis gift matching tool has either helped me find the perfect gift or stimulated ideas in order to narrow down my search. Really making gift buying less stressful and so much quicker! The quality of the gifts have always been second to none, and I’ve bought various different things from fresh brownies, hotel stays and wax melts and only had positive experiences with this business. I am excited to see the business grow further and they have a loyal customer in me!

I love the gift matching tool, but even just by typing a keyword in the search bar brings up so many gift options that fit the criteria for what I'm looking for.
Every purchase I've had has been followed up with confirmations of dispatch dates etc. So I always know where my order is up too.
Can't recommend Needi enough.

Fab website for choosing gifts with a great selection of unique items which support local businesses. The checkout process was easy, the item arrived quickly and was just as lovely as expected.
