I worked for projects but after reviewing my projects they said it actually not matched with their quality standards. But it's a data labeling job and it's from my background , so I know better than anyone in that thing. And there is no chance to say that my work not matched with their quality standards. So this you they refused to pay me . So in my opinion don't go for it and spend time in it. Because Ai needs to much data labeling manually, neevo.ai don't have so much money to pay to you. Don't waste your time behind them.

Five months doing tasks and no payment received it's totally scam

You can tell Neevo is a total scam because they get people who aren't English, who can't remotely write English, to give them a 5 star review on the UK Trust Pilot. I quote Rajendra Singh:

This person is utterly illiterate and couldn't possibly even qualify for their BS platform. But of course Neevo has responded and thanked him for his glowing recommendation. That's FRAUD right there.

This company will take advantage of you. I’ve had the same experiences that the other reviewers have had. They already pay pennies, but don’t want to even give that to their workers. The only reason I take part is because I’m in a hard situation with my mental health and job prospects. It took ages to get paid and when I finally was paid there was a huge chunk missing. I emailed them and was told that my recordings were deemed invalid when the task is simple enough and I’ve done it many times before successfully! I don’t trust them to continue anymore — my suggestion to others is to find something more reliable.

Was recruited to record some voices for a AI project, didn't get paid correctly and one payment is missing, I know some other people who experience the same at present. We tried contacting the agency no reply on any medium. We will take plural legal action against them.

They are scammers. I've done an auditor task test and passed with 90% and worked on over 180 task, easy simple task but after that they decided not to pay a cent and that my work does not meet Quality Standards.
They don't have a clear payment cycle as well and I think they don't do payments at all

CAREFUL: they will never pay you, I have done over 1000 tasks in French for them, most of my tasks are correct on street names and addresses but they test you with other sentences to know if you are performing. Personally I have passed each qualification test with a score of 15 out of 15 and I am a native French speaker. They owe me over $20 as a task and pay $0.02 francais. Ils me doivent plus de 20$ comme une tâches et payer 0,02$ ( bad news for them, I made a video screenshot during all the tasks that I carried out, which will strengthen my testimony )

My experience with this task on Neevo was deeply disappointing. After dedicating significant time and effort to completing nearly a thousand tasks, I was surprised to see the work closed under the claim of 'lack of quality,' resulting in non-payment. This decision was made without transparency in the review process or clear explanations to justify it.

We worked with the expectation that our commitment would be acknowledged and fairly compensated. However, we were left without support, without payment, and with a sense of disrespect for the time and effort we invested. This situation is extremely frustrating and raises serious concerns about the platform's reliability.

I advise anyone considering working on Neevo to proceed with caution until measures are in place to ensure greater transparency and fair payment for completed work. I await a responsible response from the company to clarify and resolve this situation.

Neevo.ai loves to throw auto replies every time you ask where your long overdue payment is. Their favorite one? “Technical difficulties” - which they seem to have faced every other day. They owe me money for work done 5 long months ago and still claim the pay is “in process.” Such a thing as “prompt payment” seems to be inexistent at Neevo. If you are the kind who is excited to roll the dice on the chances of getting money for work done, then neevo is right for you! Otherwise, run away from this company - it is as good as flipping a coin - heads you may be paid, tails you won’t. Save yourself the trouble and join a platform that cares about its’ workers. We make promises. And Paychecks? They disappear!!!

It seems that the company has started to unfairly discriminate among its workers regarding payment. Some individuals doing the same job receive timely payment while others do not. When inquiries are made about these payments, the responses are often vague and seem like generic auto-responses. It’s frustrating to see that someone who did the same job has already been paid weeks ago, while others are left waiting. It raises the question of how they determine who gets paid and who has to wait, especially when everyone performed the same tasks simultaneously. This situation is certainly alarming and warrants serious consideration, possibly even legal action against the company. The delay in payment for text audio corrections Code ****YHOFO is frustrating, especially since some people have already been paid. Being told to wait for weeks feels controlling and manipulative, especially when everyone did the same work. It's unfair.

No way! I worked hours and hours and *did* perform the way I was requested to (I only had to listen to others who submitted readings to know that I nailed what they were asking for), only to get a "work did not meet expectations" message and the task was closed after, again, *hours* of hard work. I expect that this company takes our voices and our hard work and uses them and finds a loophole to not pay. A person does not know how their performance is along the way and when you reach out to support to get a few tips... crickets. If you are trying to make a bit of extra money doing gig work like this, I highly recommend you find a different company (and they are out there). Neevo is a no go.

Unfortunately, am waiting for a payment for 2 long months, even having contacted the support, and having feedback.
They continue for some 3 years, to have a financial problem, and use our work as they please.
Please be serious and respectful for our work! And pay what is due!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Neevo.ai is a complete disaster when it comes to paying their workers. I completed my task on July 4, 2024, and the job was closed weeks ago, yet I’ve received no payment for my work.

So many other good companies that pay.

After multiple attempts to contact their support, all I’ve received are generic, unhelpful replies from someone named Pedro. It’s clear they have no intention of resolving the issue, and their payment process seems nonexistent. There is zero accountability, and their treatment of workers is beyond ridiculous.

I’ve now had to escalate the situation and contact the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) because freelancers should not be left chasing payments like this. Neevo.ai shows no respect for their workforce, and it’s appalling that they continue to operate this way.

If this business can actually sort this out quickly, I will update my review. But for now, avoid Neevo.ai unless you enjoy working for free and being ignored!

Neevo will email you an invitation to participate in a job. According to their FAQ, payment is supposed to be 2-3 weeks after the project is closed/done.

After submitting the tasks and the project is closed/done, they will process the payments after 5-7+ months!

In some cases, the company will NOT pay for the submitted tasks!

Still, concerning payments, am waiting for about one to two months. Have contacted the support and had the reply that old payments are paid on a weekly basis. Still waiting. So, the company still faces deep finantial problems.

I have been doing different assignments at Neevo from 2019 to 2023. Everything was ok. Sometimes the payment was quite decent, especially for phone calls. But this year I faced unwillingness to pay for the work done and template “polite” responses.
Work on validation of audio recordings. Several hundred tasks were completed in July. Now it's October and the support team in the person of Pedro feeds me with promises to pay “in the coming weeks”. Non-transparent payments, deception and delays - all these are signs of scam. Try to avoid this company, as most likely you will not be paid anything.

They don't pay, several months waiting for payment for tasks.... Payment of 0 cents, no payment! You are enriching a company that collects data from millions of people with your precious time. Modern digital slavery. Get away folks!

Some of the jobs pay decently. You're always told upfront and can choose not to do the ones that are not worth it.
However, I never knew, before spending several hours on one task, that the company has had payment issues for months now.
So now it's like putting in the time and hoping that maybe at some point they will pay you, since they're not being clear with their answers.

I thought I would give this ago not for the pay (because it seems like you are lucky if you will get paid) but for the experience and getting some qualifications in a.i training. The advice is to study and network, but nothing beats experience. However, the moment I signed up on Neevo, was the moment I was booted out, 😂 😂 😂.

I think I need to start a real life Youtube page showing real life experiences on all these things we sign up to. From overzealous Nazi-like identification checks. From being booted out after signing up. Being made invisible on apps. The promise of making £200 a day when in reality it is £2 or £0.20 a day after many hours spent (if lucky) and just not being paid for your work. There is money in telling the truth too! 🤔

I did some tasks for Neevo back in April and now in August and still not been paid. All you get is the same generic reply saying they are trying to resolve the payment issues. They then have the nerve to keep sending further tasks, I’m not naive enough to do more work when I’m still yet to be paid. Highly recommend you do not do any work for Neevo, very unprofessional setup.
