Total disaster since the moment we made the purchase. We needed to cancel the order a few hours after, impossible they told us it was already in production, but we received the order more than a month later so total liar. And when we received the order with hand retouch… honestly my 5 years old son can do something better, just a few stains of paint throw on the canvas like shit, absolutely ugly and disgusting. We order the wall mount kit which was not in the package. We wrote them 3 emails and 2 WhatsApp (they don’t pick up the phone never) no answers they are playing dead man to avoid the return of the product and getting to refund an order of more than 500€. Avoid at all costs we have initiated a lawsuit against this company to avoid them defrauding more customers

I was quite nervous ordering these two pieces but I didn’t need to. Delivery was longer than the three days suggested by the advert but communication was excellent explaining the slight delay was due to a Christmas rush which was totally understandable. When the pieces arrived they were / are beautiful - great quality - packaged so well there was no damage and look just as I wanted. Well done team and thank you!!

But the communication was very very defective. The only channel is whatsapp chat (no phone answer!) and even so, they take days to answer your questions. I've asked for an invoice for this product for a month now and I'm afraid I will never get it....
UPDATE: after this review, costumer service contacted me and solved the issue. Due to this, I've edited this review and raised from 1 star to 3 stars review. I hope I could raise it more, once as I said, the problem was solved. Honestly, now that it's solved, I'm happy that i bought it.
But to be 100% honest with my feelings and with other costumers, I can't raise it more.
If you are willing for a good product for the price and can manage a very slow communication, go for it.
If you need prompt answers, skip it.
PS - I believe they can focus more in customer service and, in that case, it's a nice company to buy from.

Terrible experience ordered middle of November and I receive it almost 2 months later .
Costumer service is terrible they don't answer most of the emails.
The quality is terrible the frames is made of plastic, the hand retouching is just few to make it better but does not help ! so do spend your money on this website.

Purchased Turquoise and Gold butterfly tree for £140.
Looked impressive as the picture [as with others on the site] had a textured finish. The co says they prepare the pictures by hand. Sounds lovely doesn't it.
The reality is......the canvas is printed with 3D effect for photographic purposes on the site but in real life it is 2D - no textured finish and it looks dull once on the wall. The only hand made work is they frame it. These are mass produced canvases that should cost no more than £50.
PS. You will pay import tax into UK. We were lumped with £40 bill or returning the product. We wished we had once it arrived and opened the package...but too late by then.
At first, I was unable to cancel my order just one day after placing it. That seemed reasonable, as I was informed the prints were already in production.
I ordered two prints on November 29, 2025. Now, one month and two weeks later, I still haven’t received anything. I have tried calling and emailing several times, but have received no response.
The prints have been paid for, but nothing has been delivered. There is no tracking information, and it has not been possible to get in contact with the company in any way.

A month ago I placed an order for 1 print.
For starters their prices are a lot more expensive than some of their competitors.
Then they hit you with a "we're italian so shipping can take longer" comment just after you placed your order.
This is just unprofessional.
We're a month, 5 unanswered mails and calls later and NOTHING from them. I have tried to get a refund but even on that there is NO RESPONSE.
NON existing customer service, EXPENSIVE prices - STAY AWAY

I was very disappointed with this purchase. The frame arrived visibly nicked, and the canvas was warped on the frame, which significantly affected the presentation of the artwork.
I reached out to customer service and experienced long delays in receiving a response. When I was finally contacted, I was promised a credit to my account, but that credit was never applied.
Between the damaged product and the lack of follow-through from customer service, this experience fell far short of expectations.

So far I have ordered on November 25 and it is now January 26 and I still have nothing and I dont think they are even sent. Thats very disappointing. I am one step away from cancelling my order.

Highly irresponsible team! I had paid for canvas with frame. They delivered only canvas… upon following up they allegedly say that they have shipped the frame, which has never reached me. And now they are not taking any responsibility of correcting their mistake or refunding my money!
Highly disappointed with this company!

Bought a print as a Xmas present for my wife. She loves it and is already planning her next purchase. Good communication while anxiously waiting on the delivery leading up to the big day

I made my order over a month ago and still haven’t recived my painting. I have sent e-mails several times but no answer. The invoice due date is passed by a week! The last time, I wrote that I want to cancel my order and I will not pick up my package of it arrives in the future…

Brought a canvas from this website as it looked amazing. What was delivered was nothing of the sort. A cheap/glossy print out for £260 is what we got.

The painting looks exactly like it does on the website. We are very happy with it. It was delivered later than the stated 3 to 4 days, but that could also be due to delivery in Spain.
They failed to mention at any point in the checkout process that I would be charged another 40% on top as import charges. Also watch out for postage charges jumping when you enter a discount code. Postage was £20 for an item I wanted , but on entering a code to get me £24 off, the price of postage jumped by £16! I’ve tried to email them and they have denied any responsibility for what’s happened and now aren’t answering my replies. I’ve contacted my bank to block / reclaim payment. I would avoid.
