Neil was very good at getting back to me within a timely manner, was upfront with the costs and was super flexible and made every effort to help us with our photoshoot being that we had one member of our family in a wheelchair and helped us to have the best photoshoot with beautiful scenery. We have to also thank centre parcs for accommodating this, they allowed Neil to come in to take the photos giving that this would be the best option for our family and just made the whole experience much less stressful and kept the family at ease. Neil listened to what we wanted from the photos and absolutely smashed it leaving us with loads of photos with very high quality. We are so happy with the outcome and extremely grateful this was able to take place. Thanks Neil, we will definitely book you again if we are in the area.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Neil James Media to capture drone footage of our school, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish.

We feel so lucky to of been recommended Neil for our wedding videography back in August. The whole experience was smooth and friendly. He was extremely thorough on the day making sure every aspect we wanted was captured was executed and he went above and beyond with this and gave us the most amazing shots of us that we will treasure for the rest of our lives. Neil makes the whole experience so relaxed and comfortable, even for those who don’t usually enjoy having their photo taken. The mini Christmas photoshoot images are so professional and lovely. He’s a highly recommended photographer for any occasion!

Neil was a pleasure to work with, made us feel at ease and really interacted with our son to make it fun for him too. As we had a family shoot in the middle of the woods in November. He really caught the colours well and had our images back super quick.

Professional and inclusive, my grandson is autistic and non verbal but nothing was to much trouble. The photos are lovely and capture him perfectly.

Communication was paramount as I’d left it slightly later than I hoped to book a wedding photographer, however this was not an issue and we set a test shoot up for a couple of weeks after the first initial email was sent.

Having 60 guest of an age span variety 1 year -95 years - was no mean feat ! Yet Neil still managed to gain everyone’s attention and some of the most cherished pictures we will be forever grateful for.

Neil kindly did our family/newborn shoot following the arrival of our son. He was highly professional and very friendly. He worked well with our 3 children especially the awkward 4 year old who decided part way through she was done lol. The quality of the photos we’ve received were outstanding. Neil's communication was fast and efficient.
he was also very accommodating as had a distance to travel for the photoshoot.
This was a 60th Birthday gift and was enjoyed thoroughly by all parties involved and the pictures were great, Overall a great experience.

Highly recommend. Especially for a first couple photoshoot and if you are generally not an on camera person. Neil puts your at ease and encourages you to do your own thing as well as giving you ideas. The outcome was beautiful my partner going back to him in a week
