Alex Elkins deserves a raise!!!! I’ve never received such awesome customer service! He was super helpful, always friendly, and he got me sorted with great affordable insurance that’ll cover me in the event that I’m seriously injured at work.

Sam Neilson was very helpful and was helpful when I contacted him regarding a question even after all.paperwork had been sent. Good follow up also to check all was OK.

needed to get a mortgage insurance and the process was easy and Neilson Place agents helped me through out the whole process and kept me well informed. I always had the feeling of control and never was pushed into a decision without tie to thin and proper explanation.

Although there was an initial fee for the first mortgage application, further applications were free of charge and Adriana was absolutely worth every penny. She fully understood my mortgage needs and was super quick to make the applications. She responded quickly to any queries and even made a spreadsheet to show me visually how all the applications were progressing and also to make it easy for us to update things. She has always got me the best products on the market and is still working exceptionally hard for me. I would thoroughly recommend Nielson Place and in particular Adriana Fedor ! 😌

My advisor was very knowledgeable, sociable and professional, and it took less time than expected for him to identify the product that was most suitable for my circumstances over the phone. I also received hard copies of relevant documents a few days later, as promised. If only all financial companies were as good as this one has been!
