A very pragmatic, efficient service, whilst showing great empathy on our own personal requirements and needs, albeit ours had been a litigation matter, we found both Andrew Nelson and Caitlin Farr to have excellent knowledge, empathy, very straight talkers, whilst being realistic at all times with reasonable fees,

The service I received from Andrew during the whole divorce process was always professional and helpful, and more importantly he helped me personally during this difficult time.

Not overly impressed. After having to provide ID for my wife and I, and knowing the urgency, the details were still not passed through to a colleague sat in their very same office for a while, and I had to chase to progress the work.

After doing a great job with the conveyancing of our first property, we turned to Nelson Myatt again for the purchase of our second property. This one had some tricky land registry issues that initially seemed impossibly difficult, but thanks to their experience and diligent work with the searches, we were able to find a solution. Despite a lengthy period between getting an offer accepted and resolving the land registry issues, Nelson Myatt kept on chasing the sellers for answers and could not have been more helpful and encouraging throughout and finally we achieved a successful purchase in the end thanks to them!
