The order was 1 month and half late. After emails, messenger and DMs, seemed they were only late because of they moved (not a customer problem). After 1 more month, they told me they had an issue with my sign, that they did not had time to solve it because it was time consuming. They also wrote me that I would have got a refund and the sign for free, because of the delay (so they were lying about the problem). After weeks, writing and calling, I did not receive anything, neither a communication. They do not answer to customer and I had to get through paypal to get a refund.
Maybe it would be easier telling ASAP to the customer about the issue and the delay?
Our order was a birthday present ordered in April, we got the refund the 19th of July thanks to this overrated company.

This was quite a rush order for my dads 60th Birthday - and I have to say, I was updated every step of the way by the wonderful Neon87 team and received the sign in perfect timing!!

The quality of the sign is amazing, and we really are truly so happy with the finished product!

Superb high quality signs… highly recommend

Delivered 2 weeks later than advised, the neon is fab.
I’d have given them 5 stars but communicating with this company is impossible. I rang and e-mailed them 8 times and was told someone would call me back each time.This never happened.
Frustrating but the neon really is good.

Whilst the item took a very long time before arriving and a little more communication would’ve been helpful, the product itself is amazing!

Brilliant service. I was kept in constant contact with them and they were so helpful, even when I needed the delivery address changed due to moving homes. Sign looks fantastic. Would 100% order again.

Arrived very late, wouldn’t compensate for the late delivery took over 7 weeks to arrive. Rubbish at replying to emails/phone calls

I’ve ordered the sign 29/5/21 it’s now 1-07-22 and I still haven’t received it !
Apparently it’s stuck in customs, I’ve called a few times the company for assistance and in all questions the answer was please send an email ! After sending few emails still no assistance!!! So I don’t know if the sign is
good as not delivered yet , but customer service was awful !!

To your respond , I never asked for a fake invoice, if anything you issued one as I paid £230 for the sign and the document escorting the sign was for £120 ????
So if anything you did issue a fake invoice and that’s why I can’t pick up the sign !!

And still never replied till now any of my phone calls or emails !!!

As for sign I will let you know “if I ever receive it !!!!

Final product is great and quality is superb. Perfect re-creation of our company logo. 4 stars rather than 5 as delivery time was around twice what the sales rep told us when ordered, otherwise great!

The design process was great and order placed.
Delivery took a little longer than expected, but I understand they are super busy (not a bad indicator ) communication re delay was helpful , ultimately I didn't need it by a particular date, but I'm sure if I did they would have helped
Would 100% reccomend.

Worst company ever I had ordered from.
Never order from them!!!! No respect to the client at all. I’m still waiting for their Director or manager number to call them!!! Send 3 email, 2 texts no reply back!!!!

Great product, arrived in reasonable time, very well packed, looks beautiful.

Was told 3-4 weeks delivery time now on 6 weeks and no sign customer service is a joke same automated super sorry email that took 6 days for a reply if I could cancel and get a refund I would terrible company that are too busy posting on social media how good there signs are than actually making them
